Their first driver didn’t show up and their second driver didn’t show up, but if I agreed to pay about $1,500 more, they could find me another driver. Then they had numerous reasons on why my deposit return was being delayed. It took about 20 days and a similar Google review before they refunded my deposit.
Had an oversized van shipped from Oregon to Boston. The size of the vehicle did make the logistics more challenging but Daniel J. was able to find a reliable transporter. The driver was very professional at both the pickup & drop off. Received the van without any issues.
