I paid up front for transport for my 2012 scion tc my initial quote was for $775 after a few days of them not picking up my car I called back and was told by Jeff that my quote was no longer correct that it had jumped to $1850 I was pissed I ask for manager or someone in charge they gave me the run around and proceeded to say if I wanted to cancel I would loose my money .. if I could give -5 star rating I would they are a scam
DO NOT USE – DISHONEST LIARS- TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.
If I could I would give them NO stars . They are the worst company to deal with. They make promises the don’t keep and their guarantee is worth nothing! I wish I had checked the reviews before booking. Bait and Switch at it’s finest.
On May 25th I spoke with Alex he quotes me for 675 and a guarantee date of my picked Up may 30th now here comes may 29th I texted him what is the status of my pick up and he tells me hes working on my order mind you I gave him the 100 dollar (I still have not received my refund) on may 25th and nothing has been done then alex calls me to tell me he has driver but the driver wants 1300.00 dollars so basically alex wasted my time, now I have to pay American Airlines a extra 85.00 dollars to change flights and find a new company who took my car with no problems. USACARSHIP is a scam I got emails and text for my refund but no refund
