This company is a scam! I’ve already reported them to the authorities and I have their IP address and phone number through a hacker who managed to contact. They will steal your money and not actually ship the vehicle for you! They sounded so genuine on the phone. It’s a bunch of Indian people calling from the same place and they will get your credit card information and take your deposit and then never call you or Never follow up.
Bait and switch. $645 was changed to $1899 after they claim truck broke down. Then claimed Mom agreed to higher price but could not provide any proof so phone calls became bullying to get agreement. Rude and disrespectful customer service. Do not use this company.
I know when I’m being misled and it felt very uncomfortable to have Jeff the sales rep from USA CARSHIP send me random responses that felt automated. On the day of shipping he drove the price of shipping up by 600%. I ended up doing the pick up myself. Made me feel really sick in my stomach with caution.
