USA CarShip Inc was able to assist me in getting my truck from Kenner LA to Zachary LA. Jeff Edward was a great conduit in making this happen. The carrier Marin Outlaw was very professional and delivered without any issues. Thanks Jeff! Good job!
We wanted our large snowblower shipped 199 miles. UsaCarShip and their agents were misleading and a huge disappointment. We started with Scott Robinson who quoted us a shipping quote of $145 and a pickup within 10 days.
After several weeks and no response, I called and received a different agent named Richard Wilson. Do not let the name deceive you. He had an Indian accent and spoke very fast and was hard to understand. He kept calling me giving me quotes that were double the original claiming there were no drivers available at the original quote.
I finally accepted a quote of $245 believing this included my $50 deposit. No, he explained that was to be paid to the driver. So, I ended up paying twice the initial.
DO NOT TRUST THE AGENTS.
