I went with this company because they quoted a good and fair price but day before they came back and almost doubled quote. The driver was nice and car was delivered in a timely manner but felt cheated since they didn’t honor price quoted!
I worked with Michael Taylor, who was patient for the most part and accommodating. Michael consistently followed up, once I started looking for a carrier. Once everything was taken care of and he answered my questions. The shipment ended up being roughly ~$300+ more than the quoted price that was sent, so please be prepared to pay more than the quoted. This seems typical of the company, and shipping companies in general. There was a communication breakdown between USA Carship and the actual drivers, which caused some frustration and the driver called 5 minutes before delivery to my home.
