this is the worst company to deal with. i called and spoke to 3 different individuals at this company. all 3 were rude and unprofessional.
i called on 2 separate days and every time i got someone on the phone they seemed to not want to help or started to argue and raise their voice. i even told the last guy to “calm down” and “i am not calling to dispute or argue”.
im not sure who is in charge but this company seriously needs to get some better people or train their workers in customer service skills.
if you want to argue or have somebody scream at you…give uz trans a call!
Terrible company to call if you need your vehicle to be transport . Awful person that answered the phone, I almost thought I called scammer company someone by mistake answered my call or something . Don’t waist your time .
Call orange auto transport. Because of UZ auto I was able to search for more transportation companies and I found awesome orange auto transport .
