Do not under any circumstances sign a contract with this company!!! They give you a supposed date and time of pickup and then they make you wait all day and never show up. Then when they fail to provide the service and you try to cancel, they refuse to cancel without making you pay a cancellation fee that is never disclosed to begin with. They are a pure representation of inadequate, self serving and deceptive business practice and should never be trusted. The worst form of customer service I have ever seen in my entire life!!

I had terrible experience with them. They offered me a price of $550and once I agreed to a shipment on date and time . They tried to charge me $ 825 to pick up my car 12/30/23 and deliver 12/31/23 and explain that this is how the industry works.I signed a contract with them 12/29/23. I received my car in different area not door to door 1/11/24 and pay $ 200 more. Worst experience l’ve ever had. I was called them every day and no one answered my call or text. I will give them 0 . Don’t waste your time and money with this company.
