Horrible company! Liers! Stealing money from drivers! No one ever returns a phone call! The company doesn’t pay the drivers what’s due! My husband can’t get hold of anyone and when he does, they hang up on him!!!! I personally tried calling HR/Payroll and no one ever returned my call! I will be reporting this scam and will get all my money that I worked for!
Dispatchers cuss at drivers and simply hang up. It is illegal not to pay your employees! If they don’t know rules and laws, they will hear from department of Labor!!!!
Please hire drivers that don’t try to kill other drivers on the road. In Atlanta rush hour traffic, I had a driver run me out of my lane and almost into another vehicle because he didn’t want to merge before his lane ended. He felt entitled to my spot in traffic because he didn’t want to merge into the MORE THAN BIG ENOUGH GAP FOR ME. The truck cab number is 12040. This occurred on 03/01 around 6pm merging into i-20 west from 285 west. The merge onto i-20 west is ALWAYS backed up and slowed down during rush hour. this inconvenience to your driver caused him to decide that running me out of my lane & almost into another driver, to get ONE CAR LENGTH AHEAD, was the correct answer. UNACCEPTABLE. DO BETTER.
Well I’ll start by saying I am a truck driver with 4 years of experience no accidents and no CSA points. I’ve been with Western Express for 5 weeks. I’m supposed to be running southeast region but I’m here in Connecticut and it’s Friday. I was told I would be home every weekend. I was told I was going to be getting 2300 miles a week. I have been sitting waiting for most of this week. I’m a truck driver give me the loads and I will run and be on time. With Western Express they have wasted most of my time this week sitting waiting for them to get me a load or waiting for an empty trailer. Do not go with this company…. I just had a Western Express driver hit my left side mirror I’m sitting like I have pretty much all week he was backing up to hook up a trailer and the person in the passenger seat laughed about it. This is not BS this actually happen while I’m sitting writing this review.
