i received a call back saying the driver was suspended until further review. since everything was great until delivery they wanted me to change my review to exclude the actions of the driver. supposedly he was paid to hire local helpers on this end and didnt. i told them the driver was part of their company and my review reflects that. they almost had me convinced to alter the review in a more positive note but i finally decided that people need to know the truth. i did not accept the $150 they offered that they insisted was not a bribe. they were also upset that i didnt call them the next day before posting the review. why? at that point it was over.
I selected this movers company after lots of research. they talked very nicely and friendly. They give me full plan and was very confident. even I pay them in advance. before two days they simply refund my amount without any information. when I contacted them they told that their truck broken. I doubt this justification. they did not even try to help me with alternate option.
Before that I called them 2-3 times every time they are committing that they will on track. I was prepared based on their commitment. I was upside down when they cancel the move. Finally I got someone after lots of talking and paying more money.
I never see this kind of business in my life.
