As an owner of the Car Hauling Company with over 10 trucks in my fleet and lots of experience, can recomend to all people who in need to relocate their vehicles from one place to another to stay away and run away from this company.
Let me explain about their practice:
They sale their services for the lowest price on the market make you to sign contract and will tell you that one of their carriers will pick up your vehicle shortly.
Guess what, this company doesn’t have any contracts with carriers and doesn’t own any trucks, what they do just sale to you an air, after they got you under contract, they will put your order to load board for extremely low price that 99% of Carriers whould not even look at that, and you end up waiting for over weeks weeks and weeks.
Another trick what they practice a lot is that they post higher price on load board in order to interest carriers to move your vehicle. When carrier is picked up an order from load board and assigned to move your vehicle, that’s where the game is started, xtreme will get their money first and than start negotiating on the price with a carrier trying to bring price down, down and down what makes 99% of the trusted carriers drop this order and get away from this company.
Another trick that company uses, is that they will tell carrier one price and different price to the client in order to get their vehicle moving. That’s why in a lot of cases we can hear Broker told us a different price. And in 100% cases Broker got what ever they charged and carrier get paid what ever price they got this order for from loadboard. And client got very upset and confused.
Please to avoid that situation take your time to read contract carefully and make sure you will understand every word on there.
If you have any questions to use this company or not please call me at 410-299-5524 and We will explain our experience with this company and can recommend someone else.
Stay away from this company if you want to avoid head aches.
Check their BBB.org rating it’s C-. In order to go negative with BBB you should make a lot of people really upset.
Stay away from this company my friends.
God bless you!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I did a great deal of research to move my vehicle from the west coast to the east coast and found Xtreme Relocation to be the best option out of many. Everything went smoothly while I set up my order for a covered carrier (more money) in advance and paid the $200 deposit. The sales person (Reign) knew full well that I was flying from the east coast to the west coast for this singular reason and yet never mentioned that I was paying for a shipping window and not a specific date. I received a call about a week before my ship date saying that they had an open container available and that it would be difficult to find a covered one in my timeframe. I should have questioned more then but I simply declined the open trailer. Fast forward to the morning I arrive on the west coast and I receive a call that they can pick the car up in the next hour or they will not be able to pick it up for another week. WHAT??!! Upon hearing my frustration on the phone the dispatcher said that I should have paid for a particular days pickup if I was flying in specifically for this. There is an extra charge for that and I only paid for a pickup window. HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT??!! Why wouldn’t you tell someone that during the ordering process?! ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE! And to top the whole experience off: it cost $200 more then I was quoted. More money to be screwed over. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST!!
