The dispatcher had more than 3 weeks to schedule my cross country car move. Two days before I’m boarding a plane, she calls to say the driver she secured had truck problems. Then she calls later in the day at like 4pm saying she has a truck that can come by in an hour. I had an appointment that day and the car was supposed to be picked up the following day. No! I cannot do that. Then she pathetically attempts to berate me! Um, no! The next morning after a ridiculous text exchange with her, I called https://www.ntslogistics.com. I told them the deal, and, no lie, this Christmas angel dude called me back IN ONE HOUR with a driver lined up exactly meeting my specifications. Even better, these guys made the entire process stress-free and easy, AND I got my car in 3 days! The driver was a complete gentleman. Avoid these XTreme losers and go to Nationwide Transport. Those guys rock!
I needed to ship my car from Georgia to Washington. I searched several car ship companies. I ended up talking with Geneva from Xtreme Relocation. She was very honest and patient, answered all my questions. An hour later after our first phone conversation, they found a carrier and driver that would come to pick up my car within 3 hours! We met the driver in a nearby Walmart’s parking lot. David was a very impressive young guy, polite, focused and energetic. 10 days later, we had our car! The whole thing had been very efficient and pleasant! I would recommend Xtreme Relocation and Geneva.
