The worst logistics company ever! Don’t use them. Once they get your money and there’s any issue…forget about a response, you will be SOL. Carrier couldn’t start car with keys, broke exhaust, bent frame with a forklift and lost the title.If you want them to help you find a carrier, good luck. If you want someone to find a professional carrier, use anyone except Yellowfin Logistics LLC
While this is not my first time (I used them in November 2020 from CA to VA and it was amazing) using Yellowfin logistics to handle my shipping needs. This will be my first time leaving a review for my use June 2023 and October 2023. Athena is who helped me coordinate the shipping of my vehicle from NY to CA and was extremely thorough, communicative, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Even when I had what I felt like were a lot of questions she was always extremely responsive, never making me feel ignorant, or like I was a bother. She also helped me coordinate the shipping of my husband’s vehicle from NY to CA shortly after. For both vehicles on separate occasions, she was able to help obtain carriers and negotiate an affordable rate for a literal cross country shipping for both vehicles being picked up earlier than expected and then dropped off earlier than expected. I will always use Yellowfin logistics for any vehicle shipping needs.
