I had just purchased my dream car, a Porsche 997.2 from a seller in California. Wanting to get it from LA to north of Seattle, I tried several other shipping companies who were rude, shady or just undesirable. I called Yellowfin and spoke with Athena who was friendly, accommodating and ensured smooth sailing. Whatever questions I had, Athena was right there to answer – no hesitation, no delay and was extremely positive throughout the whole process.

If you ever need something transported, skip the rest and go with the best (cheesy, but true)

First off, there was a six day delay in picking up my vehicle. The delay was due to issues with the truck in another state, and I understand those are out of Yellowfin’s hands, but the customer service following the delay was atrocious. Only once did customer service reach out to let me know the status of the truck, otherwise I had to reach out to them, where I only received below satisfactory, vague answers as I got passed between employee to employee. Once they were able to pick up my car, I was given a one hour time frame for pick up, and the driver was 20 minutes beyond that one hour timeframe. Next, I was told that it would be dropped off yesterday, but now I’m being told it won’t arrive until tomorrow- a full 48 hours after when it was supposed to arrive, a full week and a half after it was originally supposed to arrive before the delay. No one has reached out to me with updates, besides me demanding them on my own behalf. The lack of consistent and clear communication is appalling. I understand that this industry is not very consistent with timing, but the lack of communication has been really disappointing. One other time I used a different company to ship my car on the same route, and I regret not using them again.
