So, I did not get a chance to use their transporter because of missed communications between Yellowfin and the driver – my move was completely messed up.. BUT, Yellowfin took accountability and immediately refunded my deposit; not having to fuss, fight and spend a whole day trying to get anything customer focused in this business after the money is paid is so rare in the world of car transporting. Even with this experience I’d consider using in the future
