After accidentally entering for a quote on this site, I am still getting spammed by a bunch of folks on a daily basis even 2 months later.

The 5* bot reviews on this yelp page are so obvious and so, so bad.

How many scammy call centers can there be offering terrible customer service with ostensible auto shipping services? Well A-1 sold my info to all of them! The calls and texts have not let up for days. Don't be fooled, get a quote from ANY other shipper!

Their customer service is atrocious. I put my information in for a quote and they sold it immediately causing me to get a dozen phone calls and just as many emails and text messages. Absolutely inundated! Their website has no customer service contacts and when I clicked to call the only number on the site I was met with someone who combatively told me that it wasn't even their business, they were yet another outsourced contractor. I also was told that there was no way to remove my information from these calling lists. Terrible customer service!

A1 Auto Transport will send spammy texts and calls which is not good.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR CONTACT INFO TO THIS COMPANY! They will post it somewhere and you will get an obscene amount of shippers contacting you with quotes. This made it super confusing for me when I eventually booked with a LEGITIMATE shipper. With all the spammy texts and calls I was getting (because of A-1 Auto Transport) I was super worried I was going to respond to the wrong one and get scammed. What A-1 Auto Transport is doing has to be illegal. I wish I had visited their Yelp before submitting an online quote. With this many 1-star reviews it boggles my mind that they are even allowed to show up on the first page of Google...

They ARE NOT a transport company, they are a broker. If you DO want to use a broker, use somebody like Uship - it's free and everything is managed on their website. Shippers do not receive your cell phone number until you agree to hire them.

Didn't even get the displeasure of working with this company. I filled out a quote online, guy called me 5 minutes later. He asked some questions and I said I just bought it, he asked have you paid for it yet and I said not yet, and before I could even finish he goes in an extremely rude tone, "well then you haven't really bought it yet have you" and hangs up on me. If he would've let me talk instead of being an asshole, he would've learned that I was actually in the middle of wiring the money to actually "buy" the vehicle, that I won on auction on Bring a Trailer. What an asshat. The vehicle will be shipped from the East coast to the West coast, so buddy just lost out on the biggest transport he probably could've gotten.

Also, do not fill out the form online or ever request a quote. As many others have stated, you will be absolutely BARRAGED with hundreds of emails texts and calls from loads of different companies, not even minutes after filling it out.

This company cannot be real. I was instantly flooded with at least 10 phone calls, emails, and text messages, all from very untrustworthy looking and small auto transport companies. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO GENERATE A QUOTE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION.

If you too have been tricked, go to the unsubscribe page on their website. I just did that and hope the barrage of spam will end.

Fantastic. I called A-1 Auto Transport and setup the move for a pickup truck. Within about two hours a driver had agreed to move my truck. In about four days the truck arrived. A great overall experience. Excellent communication. I do recommend A-1 Auto Transport if you want to save money and if you have time to "possibly" wait to get a driver to commit to the lower price to transport your vehicle. Good luck.

I needed to have a car transported. I looked at a couple of transport companies then I had a friend that used A-1 Auto Transport and recommended it. Their sales team was all right and they were able to answer all my questions. Their drivers showed up a day early from what was originally said, so it was fortunate that we were there already. But we did have to scramble to make the vehicle available to them to load. Then they told us they delivered on a particular day but they were a day late on the other end.

Very sad about this company's service. I called A1 auto service at 9:44am (AZT) 8:44am (PT) 01/07/2018 (only documenting in case managers want to pull the call). The guy I spoke to was so rude. I asked if I could have my car shipped the same day or the day after. He was rude and sarcastic when I asked about it and said that "the system doesn't work like that, you have to put a order in" because the trucks have to be on the route. I asked him to check if any were, and he flipped out on me saying that he doesn't know because I have to put an order in and that's how the entire international system works, I can't just schedule it the same day. I said, oh okay well I spoke to another company who said I could, I just wanted to see my options... AGAIN, with the same attitude and sarcasm he said " doubt it, good luck with that" and HUNG UP ON ME. I'm a very nice respectful person, I was so surprised a company could be this DISRESPECTFUL. But It's okay, EZTransport Corp shipped my car the SAME DAY! Even went out of their way to make sure my car would be picked up the same day. Save your time, don't bother with A-1 STAR auto transport! Not even as a last resort would I ever use this company.

Do not even waste your your time!!.. with their in professional manner over the phone I wouldn't trust them with my car!!... I called yesterday to get an quote on getting my car shipped the first number I called adburtly answered the phone and told me he couldn't help me at that time but he'll text me a number of someone who could help me and answer all of my questions he texted the number and I called got no answer but someone called me back within the hour (this man was so rude and degrading it's amazing that they're even still running a business)... he asked me where my car was being shipped and I told him he asked me for the dates and I told him the 1st week of June and he yelled "the first week of June well call me back in 2 weeks".... I told him I needed a quote so I could know what I was looking to pay and he hung up in my face!.. I called the number back and he answered the phone "Domino's Pizza would you like to hear our specials today?" After that I was so done I told him "sure let's hear the specials I can go for some pizza" and he hung up again.. So sad to be running a business in this manner if I could give this place negative stars I would.. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Called this company and ended up talking with Ship Your Car Now, so this is just a shell company to get your business because if you read reviews for Ship Your Car Now you would pass! They started with good price to get you to sign contract but soon try to up it 70%. They also refused to ship one of my cars but still required the full amount. Then on delivery one vehicle was damaged and the driver refused to take responsibility. All round bad first experience with shipping vehicles.

First to Review! I love that honor. What a pleasure to work with such an efficient and knowledgeable company. I wanted to purchase a vehicle that happened to be a couple states away, solely because it was such an amazing deal. Little did I know that sometimes the cost to move a vehicle can completely negate the savings one might otherwise be privy to...Enter A-1 Auto Transport!

I did my research, and compiled a list of transport quotes, but A-1 stuck out above the rest, not only because there were affordable, but also because they offered the best customer service! I really had a good feeling from my initial point of contact, and although I chose not to book with them immediately (I'm very stubborn like that), I did end up calling back later that day to seal the deal.

We were able to come up with a reasonable time period for pick-up that worked for the seller (I think it was 3-5 days), and the driver gave a 24 hour notice prior to pick-up, so that we could be sure he would be there waiting! The best part was that my NEW (well, technically, used) car arrived WAY ahead of schedule. I was expecting at least a week of transport time, when in reality, I got it in 3 days, whoohoo!

As long as my new car does right by me, it will probably be a long while before I need a transport service again, but when I do, I know the first company I will be contacting, without a doubt- A1 Auto Transport!!!
