I would give negative stars if I could! 4 months later from running the quote, I still get calls at 4am and text messages every single day about my inquiry. Have done the unsubscribe 3 times and still get solicited every day. How do I make this stop?

Never give this place your information. I was immediately spammed by 5 callers and 4 texting numbers within 10 minutes of requesting a quote. Some called repeatedly, calling again once the previous call dropped, when I did not pick up.

spam calls, do not give them your info, they sell it, will not take it off the list. Called them multiple times and they hung up on me

Great company... worth checking out for Auto Transporting. I guess you have to need a tranport when calling A-1 Auto Transport.

I was looking into the cost of transporting a car that was out of state. But I decided not to buy the car after reading the dealers Yelp reviews. From the time I asked for the quote I have been receiving texts emails and phone calls. At all hours of the day and night.
There is no way to stop these constant text emails and phone calls. I called to ask them to remove my request for the quote. I told them I no longer need the car transported. And A-1 Auto Transport hung up on me.
I may end up buying a car from out of state. But I will not be asked A-1 Transport for a quote ever again.

False prices advertisement just to waste your time and call them, once you do you are not gonna be greeted by a polite person, a very rude salesperson name Mike took my call and gave me the worst quote, far from the advertising "$500 or less" and when I said I appreciate his time and need to think he literally just hung up in my face. Disgusting!

Did not get affected by the spamming because the number provided does not support text messages. Didn't get any emails other than the one company that replied - and that's where the problem began.
Needed to ship two cars across the country. Basic move, don't care how long it takes to get there, just needed to have them pick it up on a certain day if possible.
"Fred" (sales) responded, took information to book the order and assured it'd get done for under $3k. I clarified to him: the number does NOT receive text messages, so whoever does whatever, needs to ensure they actually CALL me on the phone if they need to reach me. The phone is on me all the time. He assured me he'd take care of it.
Now, if a text message attempt is made, I get an alert so I'm at least aware of the attempt and I can see the source phone number. There were a number of text attempts from the same number with the name "Zach". Keep this in mind.
Next day, I get another text attempt. Still no phone calls, no email, nothing. So I call the number that made the text message attempts to confirm the status of the driver.
The guy who answered said, essentially, that "we tried to call you 15 times, so it's delayed until Saturday". The phone never rang, no attempts. I told him that it's possible they tried to text and if they did, I'd never get it. "we don't do text messages". Again, I called the number that made the text attempts, so I know it's the same company. I tell him that no VOICE CALL was ever made to my phone. "What's a voice call?" (No, seriously, he said that.)
He claims they tried to run the card and got a decline; the bank shows no attempt of a swipe. He continues arguing with me. I tell him to just cancel the order.
"Fred" calls me asking if we're still on for the order. I tell him that I just told this other guy to cancel it and why they lost the business (because they can't get their act together).
"Zach" calls (actually CALLS). I don't answer.
It's clear that this company doesn't know what they're doing, and I would advise you not to use them, because even if the price seems to be fair or make sense, the service simply isn't there from my experience.

Oops I fell for the scam. Give it your info and get completely swamped with calls, texts, and emails. Most of those don't even look legit, one quoted me in Euros to ship my car between 2 US addresses. I might have to change my phone number if this continues.

After accidentally entering for a quote on this site, I am still getting spammed by a bunch of folks on a daily basis even 2 months later.
The 5* bot reviews on this yelp page are so obvious and so, so bad.

EDIT: Found an opt-out page on their site, hope it fixes this a1autotransport.com/do-n…
Same complaint as many others - entered my phone number on the website for a quote and was SWAMPED with texts and calls from random companies. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO.
Hey there, fellow car enthusiasts! I just had the most amazing experience with A-1 auto transport, and I couldn't wait to share it with all of you. Buckle up because this review is going to be a smooth ride!
From the moment I contacted A-1 Auto Transport to transport my precious ride across the country, they were incredibly professional and helpful. The customer service representative I spoke with was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions, putting my mind at ease right away.
What impressed me the most was the attention to detail A-1 Auto Transport displayed throughout the entire process. They carefully explained the steps involved, from pickup to delivery, and provided me with a clear timeline. The level of transparency they maintained throughout made me feel confident that my car was in good hands.
I recently had the need to transport my car from one state to another, and after researching several auto transport companies, I decided to go with A-1 Auto Transport. What drew me to them was not only their competitive pricing but also the positive reviews I read about their customer service.
I must say, A-1 Auto Transport didn't disappoint. From my initial inquiry to the delivery of my vehicle, their customer care was exceptional. The representative I spoke to was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions in detail. They provided me with a clear timeline and kept me updated throughout the process.
The pickup and delivery of my car went smoothly, with the driver handling my vehicle with care. The pricing was fair, considering the quality of service I received. The only reason I'm giving them four stars instead of five is that the pickup was delayed by a day due to unforeseen circumstances. However, they communicated this to me promptly and kept me informed throughout the delay.
Overall, I had a positive experience with A-1 Auto Transport. Their excellent customer care and competitive pricing make them a reliable choice for auto transportation.
On the day of pickup, the driver arrived right on time and handled my vehicle with utmost care. The whole transportation process was smooth and hassle-free. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my car was delivered to the destination, exactly as promised. The driver kept me informed throughout the journey, providing regular updates on the progress
How many scammy call centers can there be offering terrible customer service with ostensible auto shipping services? Well A-1 sold my info to all of them! The calls and texts have not let up for days. Don't be fooled, get a quote from ANY other shipper!
