Perfect experience, start to finish! I contacted Mike about transporting a car from out of state to the Bay Area. After providing him the basic facts, he immediately gave me a quote, which was very competitive, and informed me we could schedule it as soon as it was ready. About a week later, I told him it was ready and within an hour he contacted me with options for pickup and drop off days/times to choose from. I chose the best combination that worked for me, we got it scheduled, and the pick up and drop off later that week went off without a hitch. Mike stayed in contact with me throughout to ensure everything went smoothly, and followed up after to ensure everything met my expectations, which they 100% did. I will definitely call Mike first the next time I need auto transport, and recommend him highly. Thanks Mike!

I had a terrible experience with A2B transport. Each thing I was promised turned out to be incorrect:

- The delivery date (they came two days late)
- The pickup (they said they couldn't pick up on my street because of low-hanging trees, but they never asked about street issues when I placed the order...)
- The delivery time (I was given a 2 - 5pm window; car arrived at 7:30pm).
- The delivery location (They made me Uber 20 minutes away because apparently it was the only parking lot that would work; turns out that the driver still couldn't get his truck in, so I waited for 45 minutes in the parking lot while he looked around for parking).

When I called the dispatched and complained he was quite rude, saying "I know you think you know this industry better than I do" and "this is what you paid for; we're not a door to door service."

Well, here's my advice: don't pay for it at all.
