Advanced Car Shipping
Customer Reviews
This place called me when I was getting quotes to ship my car. The guy Tom said he was with AAA. I myself have AAA and was unaware they do car shipping. He said it's apart of my insurance and that I didn't need my membership. He really played into it and made me think AAA offered this service. I was surprised but happy that I get to use such a trusted company... so I thought. Later on when it was closer to date I needed and had the money to pay, I searched the phone number and found that the company is really called AAA Anytime. Completely different for AAA of Southern California. These people were trying to scam their way into business and I was almost too naive to believe it. Good thing I double checked before actually going through with it! This company needs to have their name changed or sued by AAA because this isn't right. The reviews people leave just confirm how they scam and lie. Their prices that I was quoted weren't bad at all but not worth it! Nice hustle though!

Ugh. So embarrassing I didn't do better research. Ditto to everything everyone else has said. Horrible.

Absolute WORST of the scammers and lying thieves out there. They talk all nice and make promises they can't keep. Ask for the entire amount upfront with no refunds. Their 'agreement' they send should be a big tip-off as it is to me now that I look back on their attempted scam, it looks like some child wrote it up, . But after I called them on it, suddenly the charge to my card vanished. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THESE CROOKS!

First time shipping a car from Las Vegas to Orlando, or anywhere for that matter. Made the mistake of searching on the internet for shippers and gave out my phone and email. The call and emails are non stop. I talked to Steve at AAA Anytime. Real great guy. Explained to me how it works, scams to look out for. Was funny, during our discussion he had several inquiries from other shipping consultants to bid shipping my car. Several had already quoted me less than he was quoting and used that as a away to use AAA Anytime. I could not understand how they were quoting me less, by about $300 and then hiring AAA Anytime at a higher price........How does that work? Steve explained basically there will be issues during the shipping and additional fees will have to be paid prior to dropping the car. I was impressed, did not want the hassle and signed up. Steve told about how they own their own trucks and drivers and my pickup up would be Tuesday with delivery on Saturday. I was impressed, driving from Las Vegas to Orlando in 4 days or so, must have a second driver. Was also told I could just call in to get the location anytime, along with latest delivery times. Car was picked up on Tuesday as arranged, but the Truck was not from Anytime, it was RRG Transport. I called Steve to ask why and now Steve is no longer Steve, gives me a different name and when I question him, hangs up on me. Steve had a voice and demeanor you cannot forget, he just did not want to answer question, got my money and is done with me. I was able to make contact with RRG and , by text only was able to figure out where my cars was, but more importantly when to expect delivery. Was told delivery was now Monday, would text me an hour before they arrived. Never happened, Monday at 9am, it was there. Driver was borderline rude. Got my car and hopefully never do this again
Do not recommend AAA Anytime, do your homework. They will say anything you want to hear to get your money

Don't use AAA Anytime to transport your vehicle. They are a bunch of rip-offs as they never paid the driver who transported my fiancee's truck.
The driver who they contracted with in the Miami area to transport my fiancee's truck called us a week later to say he never was paid by AAA Anytime so my fiancee paid him over $400 after already paying AAA Anytime $600 as they took the money off of his credit card immediately before the Truck was transported.
A lady from AAA Anytime called my fiancee over a month after the truck was transported to ask him how did he like their service and when he told her that he had to pay the driver and then asked her for a receipt as proof that the company paid the driver, so that he could go back to the trucking company and get reimbursed, she said she couldn't provide him with that information,
I believe this was a call to find out if the driver was paid by my fiancee and not a call about their customer service.
These people are con artist, they immediately take the money off of your credit card when you make the reservation for the transport and then they don't pay the person they contracted with to transport your vehicle.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with AAA Anytime, and I feel compelled to share my terrible experience with others. This company is an absolute sham, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.
First and foremost, AAA Anytime blatantly lied about owning their own vehicles and being a reputable auto transportation service. I contacted them for assistance with transporting my vehicle, and the gentleman on the phone assured me that they had their own fleet of vehicles and were not just a broker. I was promised exceptional customer support and a smooth process from start to finish.
However, the moment they received my payment, everything changed. It was like night and day. The same gentleman who had promised me the world suddenly became evasive and refused to assist me in any way. It was as though he had vanished into thin air. Multiple attempts to contact AAA Anytime were met with utter silence. They would not answer calls, respond to emails, or provide any form of customer support.
To make matters even worse, the delivery of my vehicle was significantly delayed. When the time finally came to pick up my car, the treatment I received from AAA Anytime was appalling. They were unbelievably rude to the dealership during the pickup process, to the point where the dealership was on the verge of refusing to release my vehicle to them. It was a complete embarrassment and further cemented the unprofessionalism of AAA Anytime.
In summary, AAA Anytime is a deceitful and unreliable company. They falsely claim to own their own vehicles and refuse to provide any form of customer support once they have your money. Their lack of professionalism and integrity is astounding, and I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs. There are plenty of reputable auto transportation services out there, and AAA Anytime is certainly not one of them. Save yourself the headache and choose a different company for your vehicle transport needs.

If you decide to use this company and your car is damaged, you can forget about this company getting it repaired for you. I shipped my pickup with color matched tonneau cover on it. The truck arrived with the cover ripped off and the driver made no mention of it until he was asked about it. He then proceeds to say it was ripped off during the trip during a "storm". Stated that he talked with his company and they will take care of it. Still to this day I have been trying to contact a manager from both companies and still no word. Only being told through email that I'm a liar and the insurance company will never take my case. The photos are all the proof that's needed. At Pickup photo (top on), delivery photo (top missing , driver included in the photo) and the most important evidence the driver admitting to the incident. Nothing else to prove!
Stay away from this company! Misguided and no true leadership! Good luck speaking to a manager! I expect a response from them that calls me a liar and no insurance will honor my case etc etc.
The company that Anytime INC hired did not actually have proper insurance to cover cargo (UNBELIEVABLE). I had to do all of that research myself because anytime never once gave me a call back when I told them I wanted to file a claim.
Just want to inform the next upcoming victims.
Only got a star out of me because I have spent close to $10k with this company shipping cars over the years (perfect experience) with those transactions. This one stings a little because as a loyal customer whose referred you to many others needed to ship cars, I received this type of treatment as a loyal customer. Never again!
The one time they should stand behind their brand and they didn't left a different view on the company. Here's a new slogan for good practices in the future. "ANYTIME " y'all screw up as a company you should do right by your customers ALLTHETIME!

wful experience. Initially, it all sounded so great. Good price, covered car, pick up and drop off dates were great. The car was NOT picked up in the time window they promised. It was NOT dropped off on time either. Left us carless and frustrated. Can't talk to anyone directly. Always have to leave a message and many times, no call back.

Please sign the petition, so USDOT can shut this business down!!
!!SCAMMERS!! !!BE AWARE!! !!TRUCK COMPANIES DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! I am writing this to help the hard working truckers and to save their time and energy. Based on the other reviews, they will not pay at all!! PLEASE TRUST THE 1 STAR REVEWS. Even after their customer is asking them to release the payment, they will still ignore the payment. I filed a complaint with USDOT and hopefully DOT will be kid enough to completely shut this business down!! CARRIERS - PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
*** Avoid Avoid Avoid ****
I booked with this company 30 days ahead of time back in April and paid full price ( which was 200$ higher then all other companies) because they told me they are the largest and best car shipping company out there and it will take them 5 days to ship the car from Florida to California (since they have two drivers primary and backup ) and the agent who I spoke with ( Will ) gave me all kinds of assurances that they will be on time and my car was the last car to complete the order ( meaning the truck is full and the date is confirmed)
I waited and waited and waited for their pickup window which was two days and no one called me or picked up my calls and finally they called me at 6:00 PM ( after business hours ) and told me that the Truck broke down LOL
These guys are brokers just like most or them and they couldn't secure a driver and they are the most dishonest and disgusting people I ever tried to do business with
I had to cancel my flight last minute for me and my family with no refund and I had to drove all the way to California with 4 kids two of them are babies and it was one of the worst experiences in my life
Don't ever do business with them because you will regret this. Mark my words
Please do not use this company! In trying to get a vehicle moved from Pasadena Texas to Ca. I've rarely seen such duplicity , double talk , do nothingness and evasion in all my years . NEVER MOVED MY VEHICLE BUT KEPT MY MONEY. Please save yourself from these folks.
Very very poor communications, brokers do anything to sell the deal but you cannot rely on the dates/times they quote for pickup or drop off, drivers don't speak English, are supposed to call ahead but don't, everything is up in the air with no transparency, they just show up regardless of whether you are ready for them or not, they expect you to alter your schedule for them..the trucks and carrier trailers that were used for us are suspect...one broke down and couldn't make the return trip so that trip was delayed with no compensation on trip charge.
RUN. Don't do it. They still have my car. When I first called, they offered me the world. They work with you, pick up and deliver to meet YOUR schedule. Nope. Once they got my money, it was over. My pickup was going to be Thursday or Tuesday. Then it was Saturday. Then when I didn't hear anything on Saturday, I called and they said Sunday and I would receive contact a couple hours before for a meet time at the parking lot. Nope. I never was contacted until I got a text from the driver saying "I'm here". He was extremely rude, by the way. He kept putting his hand up to silence me when I asked questions. So he took the car on Sunday and it was supposed to be delivered following weekend. Nope. He arrived 100 miles from final destination and it is now parked somewhere. Parking garage? Warehouse? No idea. And it will sit there until the following weekend. They claim to not have anyone to deliver it until a week later. My car is full of personal belongings that the recipient needs but he can't get it. They have my money and my car and there is nothing I can do about it. I am just being handled. The girl I am talking to claims to be giving my info to the managers. I have asked 2 times now for a manager to call me and they have not. NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. Awful awful awful company.
I paid AAA Anytime $798 on 1/2/2023 to ship a motorcycle from Wisconsin to North Carolina. After four failures to show up they stopped taking or returning my calls. I had to call a different transport company to do my shipment. I worked with the Navada BBB and AAA Anytime told them they had delivered the motorcycle on time. What's more, they said they had delivered three motorcycles on time for me. WHAT A SCAM! The BBB asked them to provide a signed bill of lading to show they shipped it but they wouldn't do that. They refuse to refund what I paid them. They just charged me $798 and did absolutely nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!
This is hands down the worst company I have ever done business with. straight bait and switch, they had good rev on other sites but I'm realizing that was the owners making them up. I booked with them to ship two cars about 3 months in advance. the week of shipping I was going to be receiving a call to set up and confirm pick up time. obviously these jokes didn't contact me at all, I called them everyday for a week and kept getting the same guy who would change his name. they bailed the day of pick up saying the truck had broken down, I met a friend who transports cars and had them look up my order through their National system that posts these types of pickups, he never had it out for a bid to anyone for 3 months!! Paul finally calls me and says I'll be refunded within 3-5 days.... it's now been 2 months and it's the same song and dance. I've disputed it with my CC company and now about to send a demand letter before filing in small court claims. such a joke of company. All you have to do is your job and not rip people off.
I never heard of this company before. When I searched for auto shipping company online, I found a website with a five star ratings. I called that company and I was told that they are not a shipping company, but they help people find auto shipping companies with good ratings and that I should expect a call from at least five different companies to choose from. The first company that called me was AAA Anytime. The guy that answered the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He said his name is Matt and he's located in Nevada. I told him that I need my car by December 1st in Washington state. Matt mentioned that they are not brokers and they have their own truck. When I told him about my situation - that I need my car to be shipped from Florida to Washington, Matt reassured me that their company can make it happen. Again, he sounds very convincing. The quote for the shipment was not cheap, it's actually a little more as compared to other companies.
After a long talk with Matt, I decided to go ahead with his company - AAA Anytime Inc. He took all my personal information and told me that he will send me two pages form and that I need to sign and send it back to him as soon as possible because there were only two spots left. He then asked me for my credit card information and told me that I have to pay upfront, a little suspicious because this was not my first time shipping my car. The last time I had my car shipped from a different company, I was only asked to pay a portion and pay the rest once the car is delivered. Again, he sounds like he knows what he's doing so I agreed to pay the whole amount right away ($1,500). Matt told me that their office is open 24/7 for any questions or concerns.
The day that my car was supposed to be picked up, the driver didn't show up so I tried calling AAA Anytime but cannot get a hold of them. I left multiple voicemails but never received any response from them. I was so stressed because I needed my car in Washington on December 1st. Two days later, I was able to get a hold of the company and the guy that I spoke to said that the truck that was supposed to pick up my car had a mechanical problem and still in Miami Florida. I was thinking of switching companies, but I figured if I do that it will take another week or so and can cause further delay for my car shipment. Obviously the promised pick up date of November 25 didn't happen, the driver came to pick up my car five days later (November 30th).
I moved to Washington on December 1st, obviously, my car didn't arrive on time. I was so stressed as I cannot get a hold of the company - it goes to voicemail right away. After a few more attempts, I was able to get a hold of someone - I explained to him my concerns, but he was very RUDE as he doesn't allow me to talk. While I was talking, he will talk back at the same time. He told me that he cannot do anything. Since I already arrived in Washington, I had to spend more money for car rental. I was stressed and scared to say the least, because after checking all the reviews online, I've seen a common patterns of delays and problems contacting the company. I am like did I get scammed? I called the company again to find out where my car was but as always, I cannot get a hold of them. I emailed them multiple times as well but did not receive any response either. I was so desperate that I even have to call my car dealership and car insurance and ask them if they could help me track my car. My car dealership even recommended me filing a report for a stolen car so they can track my car.
My car finally arrived in Washington seven days later. The promise date of December 1st ended up arriving on December 7th. I ended up paying almost $800 for my 7 days car rental in Washington. The driver of the truck was very nice and friendly. He told me that AAA Anytime doesn't own a truck at all and that they are just brokers. I normally don't write reviews, but this whole journey causes a lot of headache and stress on my part and I don't want other people to experience the same stress level I've been through. My take away from this experience is that I would recommend people to read reviews first, it will save you time and money in the long run.
This company are crooks. They are scams. They will lie and rob you blind. I am a carrier who has first hand experience with them. They have a long history of screwing thier drivers. Stay clear of using this company.
I paid a stupid amount of money for them to simply deliver a brand new vehicle. It's been over a week and they have no idea where it is. Do not use this piece of shit company. I'd give anything to take it back. The same clown answered the phone always and does not give a shit about you.
Danger....Do Not do business with this company. They trick me into paying twice. I filed and won a small claims lawsuit. They still refuse to give me a refund. I strongly suggest you push your vehicle before you hire them.
Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. 2 weeks before my car was to ship Advanced quoted me $810 to ship my car. They told me it would take 4 to 5 days to assign a drive and they would call when everything was arranged. After a week I started calling them. Called 4 times and left messages. Never received a call back. You have to keep calling until someone answers. I was constantly told everything was on schedule. Three days before the pickup date I started calling again. On the fourth try someone answered and told me it was taking longer than expected to assign a driver. I'm sure they do this to everyone. The day before I finally get an email saying a drive is assigned please call for the details. That's when they tell me the rate is now $1050. When I complained they told no drive would take the vehicle for the quoted price. To top it all off the most unprofessional driver finally shows. Can't even speck English.
Simply the worse possible experience.
Save yourself a massive headache and run from this company!!!
Terrible company-rude-nasty! Owner told me to go f**k my mother when I asked for a status update on the transport of my vehicle. Never using this company again ever!!!! DO NOT USE!!
the worst experience with this company shouldnt be in business, unprofessional they make loss time and money. dont use this guys. Beware they are not a serious business. stay away
BEEARE OF THIS COMPANY.
The guy who answers the phone tells you a fake name every time you call . He says he makes it his business not to remember his clients.
I shipped my truck from Anchorage Ak to Washington and then back to Anchorage. They Charged $4350 ...
They will rip you off.
I hired this highly unprofessional company to move my Audi for me on a flat bed trailer 4 hours away. The driver destroyed the whole underneath of the front when taking it off the flat bed. He didn't have the ramp positioned correctly. I had a fence contractor at the house giving me an estimate at the time and he witnessed the damage. The driver tried to say it was like this before. Both of us saw it happen in real time and were flabbergasted that he would blatantly lie to our faces like this. Found out that they didn't have insurance to be transporting an exotic car and the driver would have to pay half of the 5K damage. They were beyond rude when I tried to deal with them and they will not give you a phone # to speak with management, only an email that will never be answered. These guy's take payment and contract out the job to the lowest bidder and washes their hands of the whole contract once they receive payment. Please do yourself a huge favor and learn from my mistake and find someone else that will do the job themselves. These guys are a middleman and do not stand by their product and service. They are very nice at first until you have a problem then they become nasty and rude and will actually hang up on you like a petulant child. Take a few minutes longer to find a reputable transport service that does it all in house and that has all the proper certs and coverages or you'll be dealing with a dishonest and truly pathetic company like AAA or as I like to call them FFF for Fail.
Gave me a firm quote of $1400 to ship my truck. Then called 3 days before pick up and said it was now $1900. They are not only unprofessional, but apparently crooks as well.
Morten
Do not use. Promises not met. Did not return phone calls. Once I asked about how the insurance for shipment worked, didn't hear from them again. Also, when didn't pickup by the day promised , I called another firm and got immediate response.
Don't use this service, they're unprofessional, they tell you they're gonna call you back and don't ! Booked with a 5day window from Nevada and they missed my two day window. Smh!
It was a customer friendly experience from quote to delivery. AAA Anytime gave me a firm quote that was much more reasonable than many of the other companies who continue to flood my email inbox long after my request for quotes.
Other companies gave quotes stating that the price could change between contract and actual pick-up. AAA Anytime put in writing that their quote was exactly what I would pay, with no surprises
Paul, the transport driver came well within the agreed upon two day window He was quite courteous during the whole pick-up process I was extremely impressed by his skill in loading the truck into the top row of vehicles. He picked up in Arlington, WA on Monday morning, and delivered to Kingman, AZ early afternoon on Wednesday.
I highly recommend both AAA Anytime and Paul, the driver
I really wish I could give less than one star. We set up a deal, and I waited for the date. The date came up, and both one got a hold of me or anything. I called them, and not only did they tell me there were no drivers in my area, they also told me it was going to be more expensive than it was before. The person that was assigned to me started to get very rude with me, so she was switched out. This new guy was a nice, sweet talker. "Yeah we are working as hard as we can... etc etc" 2 months later he finally says that someone is willing to pick up my car. I wasn't available during the times that the driver very rudely demanded. The guy that I was assigned said something about how "he says he can stay a couple more hours to pick up your car", which pushed it into the time where I would be home from work, and then texted me again saying "you have 10 minutes to respond." I was at work. I'm not responding to you in 10 minutes. Bite me. Like, 2 weeks later, I hadn't heard anything else from the guy. I looked into other companies, paid one up front that guaranteed a driver within a week. The next day a driver calls me telling me that he's picking it up as we speak. It's been about a month ago that my car was dropped off, and I still haven't heard back from the first guy. He never called about another driver. He never called to see if I was still interested.
Advanced Car Shipping, your service is ass. Your customer service, is ass. Your people, are definitely ass. Either treat your customers better or get out of the business. Because I sure as hell won't be recommending you to my friends anytime soon.
DON'T JUST YELP ABOUT IT, REPORT THEM!!!! GO TO FMCSA.DOT.GOV and file a complaint. Also, by law all Brokers have a $75,000 surety bond that they must secure in order to operate, you can file a claim with their bond company. The name of the bond company is SureTec Insurance Company in California and the bond # is 3391156. (call them and tell them you want to file a claim as a shipper against this bond and they should connect you with the Claims Examiner that handles this bond) Everybody's experience with this shady business is different but based on a lot of the reviews here many of us have experienced the same unethical business practice in which "Rich/Richard" lies and says they are using their own trucks to transport your vehicle only to find out that another business not bearing the same name is who arrives to pick up your car and if something goes wrong AAA will take no responsibility. I personally was not looking for a middle man and I would have never signed with AAA if they had represented themselves as a Broker instead of a carrier. If they get enough claims against their bond, hopefully the insurance company will pay the claims filed against them, or drop AAA as a customer and hopefully they will not be able to get a bond from anyone other company. This unscrupulous business cannot operate without a bond. I plan to check on this company regularly with the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration to see if they still have the same bond company or if they have changed/been dropped and I will continue to post their new information.
If you want to relive your worst nightmare then ship your vehicle with AAA anytime. The only thing these people know how to do is LIE and LIE and LIE. The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.
The only thing they are concerned about is getting paid up front and stating on the contract that you have to sign that if for any reason you cancel the contract they will not return your money for 12 months. For your sake DON"T do business with these arrogant lying people. Once you sign the contract the lies and promises begin.
I was blown away with prompt assistance I received. I placed the call on Monday (1/11/19) for quotes and received a confirmed pick-up in less than 24 hours. The car was picked up on Valentines Day 1/14/19 per my request. My son got his 2008 Jeep on 1/15/19 (5:30 AM) less than 12 hours after being picked up which I still am questioning how they did it since it is 10 hrs away at minimum from Dallas, TX to Fort Campbell, KY (Jet? lol)... The transportation company they contracted through was fantastic. Both Advanced Car Shipping and their contractor were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and put me at ease knowing his vehicle was safe.
Additionally ALL of my many questions answered (truthfully) and I wasn't surprised with the hidden fees I was guaranteed in speaking with a few of their competitors (that lost the deal). The pricing was perfecto and destroyed the competition.
For those that are shopping around, trust me, I'd highly suggest you give these guys a shot no matter what anyone says. Keep in mind though, this is a team effort when they do these shipments... Meaning; they rely only on the contractors (drivers) they use. You simply can not rate Advanced Car Shipping for the contractor (driver) dropping the ball. Additionally you can not rate Advanced Car Shipping on lead times if you live in Bum F and want to ship it to Alaska (get real). Furthermore if you are shipping across the country, or shipping at peak season (not sure when that is...) there may be a lag of drivers or availability. Pick up dates are based on availability so if there isn't a driver on a route it may take a minute to find other options. All of these brokers use the exact same list of contractors so no matter which broker you choose, you're using the same drivers either way albeit I was given the absolute best rate through Advanced Car Shipping.
Give my girl Ashley Quiroz a call Ph: 888-883-1044 x104 / Direct Line: 786-789-5466. I promise you will thank me later!
My name is Chris and I'm a real, hard working customer. I'm not a bot, or an employee of Advanced Car Shipping. This is not a "rigged" review and to prove it, check my profile reviews at many other places I've visited (mostly restaurants) elsewhere.
DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE DO NOT USE
If their lips are moving they are lying. My encounter with them was nothing short of a SCAM. They were unable to meet my auto pickup date so they (someone) sent a message to the seller telling him the order was cancelled. They promised me a Monday or Tuesday pickup.
I called them on Thursday to see why it didn't happen. They said the have a five day window and were going to pick it up the next day.
Then mysteriously order was cancelled. You have been warned. Do not use these guys!!!!!!!!!
Advanced car shipping went out of their way to call me and give me a refund of what I paid them. Great costumer service. They also assured me that they no longer use that driver that kept lying to me.
I booked Advances Car Shipping to ship my car from LA to Athens Georgia. Cameron booked it, I gave all the info including my credit card. A few weeks pasted and I haven't heard anything so I called him back. He assured me that everything is good and not to worry. The car will be in Athens between the 5th and 7th of August. I called 10 days before just not to get any response. I called the 877 number and spoke to a lady who assured me he would call me once he was done with a meeting he was in. He didn't. The next day I got a call from a manager named Jeremy to finalize the details and I explained the situation which he was unaware of. He did try for 2 days to secure transportation. He did but I had to take the car to LA for drop off (1 hour away) and pickup would be in Atlanta GA (1.5 hours away). The price was the same as door to door pickup/delivery. I had no choice if I wanted it on those dates for pick up. He booked it. Took $200 as a deposit. Then I got a call from someone else the next day saying the driver broke his leg and can not deliver the car. Today is the 3rd of August and I now I am arranging transport with another company and I will not be getting the car there on the dates that I wanted.
This company promises everything and delivers nothing. And I have not received my refund as of yet. Horrible follow ups. Bad communication. Bad service. I am now using Road Runner Auto Transport. I feel it's important to mention that because they are extremely professional and communication is great.
Update: I did receive my deposit back quickly
This company deserves no star and should be put out of business immediately.
Booked the shipping with AAA in July for August 16 pick up after planned for 9 months. They were very fast to take your deposit and promised me pick up my car within two days. After dozens of call for questioning them for the driver no call no show , they kept lying and lying. .until finally said the truck was broken near you and won't be able to pick up until September. I have a military order and need to report to the base in that destination. I ended up cancel my flight , booked hotels in two states and drove three days for 1700 miles . This company also is rated F in Better Business Bureau, where lots of complaints have been filled. AAA will not refund your deposit and will not claim you as their customer if you fill a complaint since they will not disclose you the shipping order ID for others to track down the history. With the help from other company , I found out my order hidden ID is #071784 . They are here to rip you off and once the deposit is received , will leave you dry and wants nothing to do with you. Please check on all complaints from BB bureau and protect yourself.
