They delivered my car on time for the price quoted with no visible exterior damage. However the interior was ruined! The car smells like diesel exhaust was piped into it for 1 week / 3,000 miles. The car smelled like new when it went on the truck and smelled so bad when it came off the truck that it was unusable for 3 weeks because it smelled so bad that if you were in it with the windows up it would make you ill. The driver basically denied responsibility and said maybe it was an issue with the car. The car is a new model with low miles in excellent condition and NOT a diesel! I'm probably going to file a lawsuit against them. So far loss of use for 3 weeks and $400 down for detailing and the car smells disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I called them up, asked for a quote. They gave me a rough idea of what it might be around then asked me if I was gonna go ahead with the service once I got my final quote once they talked to their drivers, to which I responded, I'd opt for it if I like the quote.

Their response was "Ok, stop wasting my time. See ya!" and disconnected the line. Extremely rude! I'm glad it ended the way it did. I would not want to leave my car in the hands of people like this.

Mike moss was the person I dealt with at this company. I needed someone to move my moms car as she moved after her lung cancer went into remission. Mike was attentive and smooth and convinced me he could help my mom move her car. Once we agreed to a price he disappeared. Multiple phone calls and emails went unanswered. Finally he called me back a week out from the schedule pickup and said the price went up 500.00. Take it or leave it. People that advantage of other is sad people that advantage of cancer survivors is just wrong. I feel bad for mike I hope his life changes and he can find out what is making his such a miserable human being

Can't say enough good things about this company. I was 650 miles from home in a real jam with engine problems. Local mechanics were stuck in granny gear and couldn't help so I decided to look into shipping it home. Called 3 different places, Mike's price was the lowest , and he worked hard to get my truck home on extremely short notice. His drivers were unavoidably late for pick up due to weather and traffic but kept me in the loop so I knew they weren't yanking my chain. Great company and they're loaded into my phone in case I ever need them again.

Though this company did get me a carrier to transport my car from Austin to Miami quickly, the carrier they contracted was awful. The contracted company is "A&A Transport LLC", based in MIami (phone 786 346 0725). Make sure the broker does NOT contract this carrier. They did not deliver on time, were expensive and I did not get any information regarding when the car will actually arrive.

Mike Moss is the man to trust with your auto shipping needs. We were in a sticky situation after another broker promised to have the autos shipped within a few days. That was 3 weeks ago. Fast forward to Wednesday 4/25. I called Mike and explained the situation. My first impression was. "Thank God I have someone competent on the other line". He was calming and reassuring WITHOUT making any promises. The promise he did make was to work hard to get me what I needed. He pulled through within 48 hours!!!!
The cars are on their way cross country. So far, the professionalism has been extraordinary. CALL MIKE MOSS. you will not be disappointed.
