I just dropped off my Jeep at the Anchorage location to be shipped to their Kent, WA location and it couldn't have been easier. Tom, Olga, the rest of the staff and their beautiful dog were welcoming and truly genuine. This is a local company at both locations - most companies are brokered out of state. They take the stress out of this component out of my move. I made some new friends today!

I'm in no hurry to pick up my vehicle but when it arrives I'm certain it will be just as wonderful.

Great car shipping service for out of state people looking to move to Alaska. Shipping cost is a bit on the high side but great services all around, no complaints.

My car arrives in almost same condition of which it was shipped from California.

I recently bought a Jeep all the way in Phoenix Arizona because I received an excellent deal and the seller's son had already used Alaska  Auto Transport to ship his vehicle over seas so I decided what the neck, let me give them a shot. I set up the arrangement over the phone and it was quite simple, they asked for the pick up and the delivery locations, as well as contact info and of course payment. They did not charge a deposit, until my vehicle was picked up and once that happened I paid $900 deposit, which is fair considering my total price. All in all the shipment was great! And I want to give a huge thanks you to Alvaro for setting this all up for us.Thanks you once more. I will be recommending you to my family!

CHOOSE THEM!!!!! I needed my vehicle (2009 Escalade) shipped from Washington to Anchorage. I called so many places to get quotes. Alaska Auto Transport gave me the best quote. They answered all my questions. They were friendly at both offices. I got my vehicle in the condition I left it.

Kent office rude as hell hung up on me multiple times ask for manager got hung up on again after already had my vehicle paid for. Rude as hell for me being a repeat customer learn some f****** manners

Wow! I had my car shipped with this group and it was by far the most mellow, easy process - super chill, and very cost effective. I dropped my car in Seattle, and as promised, it showed up in Anchorage 12 days later. There were no issues, and the entire process was really easy. I would highly recommend this family-owned, service oriented company. :)

We shipped two vehicles from Anchorage to Seattle. Both arrived earlier than predicted in perfect shape. Customer service is stellar and pricing is very competitive. We were able to pack personal belongings in the vehicles saving us hundreds of dollars. They also transported our vehicles to and from both ports making it extremely convenient. The fixed taxi charge from SeaTac to their Kent warehouse and the gas station literally 1 block away was wonderful. We are extremely satisfied with their service. We will always recommend Alaska Auto Transport as the absolute only choice for shipping vehicles.

Alaska Auto picked up my new car in Seattle (for a minimal fee, others wanted $300+) and had my car in Alaska within 5 days. Kathy was compassionate that I had recently been t-boned and overwhelmed about purchasing a new vehicle, but made it so easy. Exceptional customer service, I will use Alaska Auto every time.

We shipped our car from Kent, WA to Anchorage using Alaska Auto Transport. They gave us the lowest quote out of many companies. It was $1.5k to ship our Subaru Forester. Using this company was an easy stress free experience. Olga and Doug were very helpful answering our initial questions. The drop off at the location in Kent, WA was quick and easy. Their storage facility looked very secure. We paid exactly what they quoted us, and our car arrived on time in 14 days within their estimated 10-14 day time frame. We recommend using this company and will use them again if we need to ship a vehicle to Anchorage again.

Alaska Auto Transport moved 2 vehicles for me, from the Midwest to Anchorage, Alaska. Both vehicles arrived on time (early, actually), and the people I spoke with on the phone were there at the other end with my cars. The cars got extremely dirty on the trip, but once I got them cleaned up, they were just fine. There are some fly-by-night companies in the auto transport business that you need to be careful of, but AAT is not one of those. They got the job done for a reasonable price.

These mfs stole my 28inch rims damaged my fiber glass custom speaker cases cut my speaker cords took a bolt cutter to my trunk latch do not use these crooks. A total of 14k worth of damages. Do not use these people

Awesome service all around. Picked my car up literally at my doorstep in SoCal and got it to Anchorage (5 min away from my final destination) at the date I was given with the quote I was told. Doug made this experience so easy. Can't go wrong with a company that's been in business for years.

When relocating from Anchorage to Portland, this company made everything easy! I was able to drop my car off right away and they were happy to answer my many questions over the phone. The whole process was a breeze. I would recommend this company to anyone shipping a vehicle to or from Alaska.

I think service is a hit or miss with this company. They get the job done, but not without hitting a few bumps in the figurative road. My car was to be picked up at my family member's home, and my relative took off early from work for the pick-up. The driver never showed, and was very rude to her on the phone when she contacted him. So, she called the company, and they said he got stuck somewhere. That's perfectly fine, but we weren't all that sure why the driver wouldn't have given her a call to say so or told her such on the phone when she called him.

Fast forward a few weeks later, and my car finally made it to Anchorage. Its ending destination is Fairbanks. My car arrived on a Thursday, and when I called I was told they probably couldn't get it to me that weekend because of the holiday, but it would probably be there Monday. Come Monday, I gave them a call, and I was told it would be here "sometime this week". My car sat in Anchorage for a week. Presently, I'm waiting for the call that it's available for pick-up. It's now an hour past the ETA I was given, and I need to go to work soon. I personally feel that the drivers should be held a little more accountable for communicating with clients in a friendly, direct manner, and to take into consideration that we all have individual schedules we adhere to.
I am a very patient person, and I understand that timing is not perfect, we all have delays, etc. However, I took a couple stars off of this review because the seeming lack of communication between parties in this company was personally frustrating, and I wasn't fond of the non-committal time frames I was given. Also, I told them from the time I scheduled the shipment that my car was coming to Fairbanks. When it got closer to Anchorage, I was informed by an employee that they had written it in as going to Anchorage, and would need to raise the amount I paid for shipment. It gave the impression that they are slightly disorganized, and the other factors I've described contributed to this impression. Overall, if they were to provide the best quote again in the future, I'd use them again. I would appreciate if they tried to be a little more organized in the future, but this company isn't bad for shipping vehicles.

We used this company to ship a new SUV from Kent to Anchorage in September 2013 (sorry about being late with the review)! Â EXCELLENT service with this company! Â They made everything easy. Â I would use them again in a minute and recommend them to friends that need this service! Â It is a pleasure to find a company that takes customer service seriously!

This company its AMAZING! We just relocated from Arizona to Anchorage and we were a bit stress thinking on how we were going to transport the cars all the way to Anchorage. At first i spoke to someone in the Seattle office and he was really pleasant  and extremely helpful. After talking with them we decided to drive all the way to Seattle and just drop the car on that location, to make along story short! THE SERVICE WAS GREAT! TWO THUMBS UP! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY AUTO TRANSPORT NEEDS! we are going to use them again in the future to have them transport the rest of my vehicules.
