They said my car was picked up and it wasn't', they said the driver need money for an inspection and they also said that my car would be delivered at mid , there I was on the wind waiting !! I called back 7am and James said that the driver was in Fremont with the car... long history short... THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT AND NEVER HIRE A DRIVER

NEEEEEVER!!! Use Albatross Auto Shipping. They are an absolute scam company. IM SO HAPPY I NEVER GAVE THESE GUYS MY CC CARD NUMBER. THEY WOULD'VE JUST RAN ME INTO THE GROUND with bogus charges. I spoke with 2 men- "Taylor Johnson" & "Joseph Hunter". I paid the deposit of $100 to "secure" my spot via zelle. When it came time to confirm details about pick up and deliver of my car, I couldn't get ANYONE on the phone! These guys are trash. Zeeeeero stars! Lesson learned. Ruuuuuuuuun Forest ruuuuuuuuun! Save YOURSELF.

Have a contract to ship 2 cars. On the day of pickup, no one showed up or called. I tried to call Albatross shipping and they said they will find out and call back. No one ever called back and after they won't pickup the phone. Please avoid this company to save the headaches and troubles. They are a scam

Do not I repeat do not use this company. Simple request for a quote and delivery turned into harrasement, unprofessional emails upon cancellation and BBB complaints. This has been one of the more disturbing experiences. As a business owner myself of a highly rated company as well as a Aplus rated business it was an eye opening experience. A month later, (2 weeks) after cancellation for no action, no expected date and no anticipated delivery or arrival dates I am still recieving unprofessional and personal attacks through email. Feel free to check the BBB on this company. F rated with multiple active complaints and disturbing reviews. Partly my fault for not doing a bit more research first but certainly business practices that are far from business like. Hopefully this review as well as my BBB complaint find other customers before they are subjected to simular unprofessionalism. As a Combat Veteran the level to which personal attack emails were levied was even more disturbing.

BEWARE!! signed a contract and paid deposit. They took $100.00 more than required saying it was accounting error did not offer to refund. Day of delivery said the driver needed more money and threatened to drop car off "somewhere". Husband paid the driver and then they sent over amended contract with extorted price for us to sign which we did not sign. We are now seeking legal action for DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE, EXTORTION AND BLACKMAIL AND THEFT for taking more than agreed to for deposit.

This company runs a bait and switch where they offer a very low price and the day before vehicle pick up they call the customer and say the driver needs more $. They even provide a contract the the quoted price but refuse to honor it and instead try to wear the customer down into agreeing to a higher price. In the fine print the contract states they can charge the customer a $200 fee for cancelling. Sales reps were foreign with difficult accents calling from what sounded like a call center based on heavy back ground noise, etc.

STAY AWAY. This is a SCAM. They will give you a good (yet not suspicious price) to get your business, send you a fake contract, collect the deposit and never show up or return your money.

This is a fake operation and would not trust them at all. Just Google their address and you will see it is a residential development area where the house is not even built! They have a call center in India, and only thing they offer is ridiculously low prices to drive prices down and then scam their customers with deposit fees. Stay away from them. You have been warned.

We have been an auto transport carrier for over 12 years and know a scam when we see one. They post leads in load boards and then if we call to take the load, they claim to have to check with their agent. Few minutes later they take that same load off the load board and then cut the price anywhere from $50 to $100 off. Their only interest is to see what is the lowest price any carrier would take and then offer it to their customer. But they never transport anything, they ask for the money upfront and would just disappear. Scammers, now they are hurting businesses because the Indian consumer scam has become saturated.
