Thank you Denise for all your help! Thank you for being so professional and making me feel at ease. This is my 2nd car that I've shipped from Florida to Texas and everything went smooth. The driver Marcos was in contact with me and always kept me updated. I highly recommend this company. If you're looking to ship your car make sure to ask for Denise!

All of the above was untrue. I paid $200 extra to have an extra hundred pounds of personal items. There were no household items. They did not keep in contact and would not return calls. The carrier told me himself, that he kept giving them updates, when all the while, they were telling me he wasn't answering his phone. If it weren't for the driver Marco, I wouldn't have known anything. They never even called me, days before, upon delivery, or after delivery to see if everything went well. I am a business owner, and this was the most horrible customer service ever. Helen and hardtop rep" Kevin have no respect for their customers. Do not believe their lies on here to try to save face! It's only because they can't delete my review!
I was a little nervous at first to book with Kevin mainly because of the negative reviews on Yelp. My new car is my baby and I didn't want to leave her with just anyone. I was moving from Boston, MA to Los Angeles, CA. Kevin had given me the lowest quote for my cross country move. Which was great for my pockets but I was apprehensive about the service, you know quality over quantity. However my cousin, who made the move prior to me, used All Coast for her car and later on for her boyfriends car and his mother's car. She had referred me to Kevin but like I said I was still a bit nervous. But I figured 3 people I know have went through Kevin and had great experiences so I did it.. Kevin does use a 3rd party company or broker to ship the car. He provided the names and number of the driver and the company office line. The driver consistently texted me about updates on my car and Kevin consistently called me and kept me up to date as well. The car actually arrived in 5 days! (Not the standard 7). It arrived earlier than me and Kevin was a great liaison in communicating with the company and ensuring they would hold the car and I would get door to door delivery or as close as possible. Boston streets are too tight for trucks so we did meet at a local Home Depot lot. Now, moving is very stressful and there were times Kevin called me and I was literally all over the place. He was so kind and patient in talking through all of my concerns. Although, I'm sure Kevin had tons of other work he never rushed me off the phone and always checked in when he said he would. Overall I highly recommend this company! My car arrived in perfect condition, we did a walk through to be sure there was no damage, there was none. Now my baby just needs a wash and she's good to go.
I am highly satisfied working with All coast auto transport. Not only they made the cheapest offer for transporting my car, Kevin was very professional and communicative throughout the process. I first read their yelp reviews and felt a little less confident about working with them; however, when I brought it up the doubt to Kevin, he explained the backstory behind all of the negative comments without trying to make himself look too innocent. Having family members in this business, I know that some people including other shipping companies do aim to take down your business. Here is my experience with them:
First, Kevin answered my texts and phone calls every single time.
Second, Kevin gave me updates regularly: including on the day we signed the contract, evening before the car got picked up, the day of pick up, evening before the car was getting delivered, and the day of delivery.
Third: you will be asked to wait afew days for the Kevin to find a driver and dispatch the order. Mine took two days.
Forth: once he finds a driver, Kevin will give you call and send an email with insurance document, diver's contact info, the day and potentially the time of delivery, and asks you to pay the broker's fee.
Fifth: you would contact the driver to discuss pick up location. it will not always be your driveway. The truck is huge and you might have to go to a shopping center or a wider street. The driver does an inspection for existing dent, scratch, and dysfunction to give you a report. He will give you an approximate drop off date.
sixth: The car gets delivered, but again the driver needs to assess the street and location of drop off, so you might have to take uber to drop off location. Also, there might be delivery day and time change because these drivers are human. They need to eat, rest (by government laws and regulations) and manage 8-10 deliveries. So expect afew hours to a day delay. Again, I have family members who are driver; this is why I am cutting them some slack.
Lastly, you would have to pay the drivers fee in cash or money order. He will do drop off inspection. If there is any issue, insurance pays for you.
They are trustworthy and good people to give business to.
I posted a review on All Coast Transport last month, it mysteriously now is not here. Nothing but false promises. Denise was my contact in November 2018. I worked with a very flexible timeframe. I made all the calls. Promises made were never fulfilled. I last spoke with Denise in January who promised to call me as soon as she could coordinate the pickup of a car I purchased from Idaho, just over the state line from Spokane Washington for shipping to Los Angeles. Shipping a vintage automobile purchase I was excited but I was under no time constraints. Every promise made was followed with excuses for weeks and weeks. I made the mistake of paying a $150 non-refundable deposit upfront. That is all they wanted. I gave up getting what I was promised, hired another company and to date have never heard from All Coast/Denise. Total scam. Avoid at all cost.
Horrible company, first off they messed up the pick up date, by 2 days. I had to say in a hotel for 2 extra days at my own cost. When my car arrived my license plates were missing.
Only good thing was the driver he was very nice, Helen was nasty and gave no apology.
Kevin was nice at first until I started asking questions about his claim that he was not like the other brokers. My car was already on central dispatch and he was trying to take the deal from another broker I already had on it. He tried to make it seem like he was going to handle the shipping as a carrier when in fact he planned to broker it out as well. He was very sneaky about it trying to say that he had access to over 2,000 drivers personally. I think he meant through central dispatch:) When questioned about it, he said that I would have to enter into a contract with him and pay (by law and cited some bogus legal code) or else I would be functioning outside of the law and he couldn't do anything for me. Almost like he was trying to scare me into it. I was so scared:) He said pay first and then we will try to connect you with someone. I said, just like the others right? He got upset at that point and hung up. They just want your money. Stay away. Thanks so much Kevin.
I had my car shipped from California to Ohio. Kevin stayed in contact. He talked to me about vitamins. Seemed like a decent guy who was putting in the effort to make things right. Some things are out of his control. I realize an exact shipping time and delivery time is hard to pinpoint, but not knowing the exact date is frustrating. The communication wasn't great, especially with the delivery driver. It was a mini-nightmare. It seemed like they would tell me what they thought I wanted to hear regarding shipping/delivering times instead of what to expect. This caused problems. My pickup date was changed and my delivery date was too. I didn't mind the change. I did mind the short notice because it was difficult to adjust my schedule to it. The driver showed up several hours earlier than he originally estimated to pick up my car. I wasn't even there because he didn't call me until he was 20 minutes away. Before delivery, I told him I'd had a car shipped to this address in the past and there is plenty of room for a large truck to drop it off and easily turn around. He didn't listen. He parked his truck a couple miles away and drove my car to the delivery address after I told him not to drive it. I wanted to keep the mileage under 10,000 to help market and sell it. Unfortunately, this didn't happen due to a joyride taken without my permission. There were 50 additional miles on the odometer. I was expecting about 3 or 4 extra miles. He asked me to drive him back to the truck even though I no longer had car insurance. The interior smelled bad, but the gas gauge was the same level as it was prior to shipping. I got my car across the country. I got what I paid for since this was the cheapest shipping company I could find. If there is a next time I will probably pay a little more with another company.
They promised a car on Wednesday and it isn't here. We called to get updates. Kevin got irritated apparently and made threats to us. He said 'we have your car, be careful with what you say'...that was from Kevin. I wrote a review on Facebook. Olivia Facebook messaged me then blocked me from Facebook. I guess running from the problem is okay instead of solving the issue. We need our car. If you promise a service and can't follow through then maybe you should quit the business since it is very obvious you are only in it for the money or you would at least attempt to make your customers happy.
I just completed a move across the country and had my vehicle shipped. The driver was great and everything was intact however, the dispatcher of the company (Kevin) was very unprofessional. He lied about delivery date which was told to me to be on a Sunday, Monday the latest. The driver confirmed that my delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. The dispatcher also increased the price $50. He was very unprofessional by telling me why he couldn't give me updates on my vehicle because he was in church and had a party to attend. I do not recommend this company, Kevin seems nice at first but he doesn't care once he books the jobs and is not considerate of the customer's position.
Warning worst experience
After reading the reviews I thought this would be a trusting company to use to transport my auto. I contracted them at the end October to have my auto transported between November 19th and December 1st. Kevin contacted me an we discussed transporting from North Dakota to Oregon., He gave me a quote for the time frame I wanted. He required a deposit and I paid it. As we got closer to Dec 1st, 2016. I emailed him ask8ng for an update as it was getting close to cut off date. He replie d he was still working on it. This happened twice then on the 30th of November he emails me to call him asap as he has a driver to pick up my vehicle in 2 hrs. I called and he gave me excuses but said he has someone to pick up my vehicle but oh BTW it will now be $250.00 more then quoted I agreed as I was I was at my cutoff date. I asked why and he said because I (me) waited until last day to set this up. I was pissed as I called in October to get the process started and I gave him a 2 week window for dates to ship it. So I agree. The company picks up my vehicle then tells me they dont go to the Oregon, they only go to washington. Even tho set the delivery up for and agreed to Oregon and have signed papers saying it will be delivered to Oregon.. I called Kevin and long story short he tried to again get another 150.99 from me to tow truck drive my vehicle from Washington to Oregon. I had to finally get very upset and have someone drive to Washington to location the transport company was dropping my vehicle to pick it up. The vehicle was never delivered to the agreed location and Kevin jacket with me and increased the original agreed price. This was the worst experience ever. I would not recommend this company. I am putting in a BBB complaint.....
Additional Warning: not only did my car come late, but when it got dropped off they said I needed to pay $155 MORE than what I was quoted by All Coast Auto. We needed our car back so we paid the transporter, to which he replied 'next time just go directly through us, you always pay more with a broker'. I wish I had known this.
My husband called Thomas to inform him of this, and Thomas said he would write us a check for the difference. He said he would do this last week and when I checked in today he said 'I will put it in the mail today'...yea, I've heard that before...
As a representative for an estate, I had to move a vehicle from Colorado to Virginia. I found a transport review site where All Coast Auto Transport had a great rating. I was contacted by a Thomas P. Mandler from All coast Auto.
Thomas was polite and professional on the phone. He verbally guaranteed a flawless transportation service, and we quickly paid the deposit. In the end it was no where near a flawless service. After paying the deposit we were given a pickup date and estimated delivery date. We then heard nothing... realizing that the pickup date was coming up I called Thomas. He then told me that their carrier did not have insurance and they would never put our property at risk... at which point I had to ask the question; when is the new estimated pickup date (I had to pay a representative to be available for the pickup so coordination and communication were vital). I received an email response stating "Because I want to make sure we find the very best carrier I have added $50.00 more for the carrier..." He simply increased the bill after the fact.
Thomas assured me he was right on it and as soon as he knew, he would call me. This was followed by several days of no contact. At this point I had to call again where my calls were not answered. I then called from a different number, which Thomas answered. Thomas promised he was right on it and we were the most important customers he had ever had etc. I believe that I was given three different pickup dates. After several days more I called, planning to lose the deposit and find a transport company that is not rated F on the BBB. I simply asked Thomas for honest information, where I made it clear that honest bad news was fine... if he did not know the date... just tell me! so that I could tell the reps in Colorado and Virginia to stand down and not hold their schedules for phony dates. I told him I was prepared to cancel based on the BBB rating his company had and he told a blatant lie, that the BBB gives you an F rating for not paying for a membership. I asked that either he schedule the transport, or tell me he was going to keep the deposit and I can move on. Several days passed and when I called he gave me the contact for the driver. After contacting the driver I had to re-negotiate the price. The driver showed up when promised but I soon received a call from my rep that they were not prepared to load the vehicle without keys... a detail that I reiterated with Thomas many many times. My rep was able to arrange for the vehicle to be opened and the drivers did a fine job.
In the end the biggest problem was that a polite tone does not cover up a complete lack of organisation/honesty/ and communication. In the future, I will rely on the BBB and other reputable review sites such as Angies List/ Yelp, etc.
Dont use even bother with this company, they mis-represent themselves from the very beginning and not even disclose that they are a broker.. I tried shipping a car from the Midwest to the California and they immediately said they would pick up my car and ship it.. I provided them with my address, number and the numbers of the shop where the car was to be delivered to.. they only contacted the shop in California but never the shop where the car was going to be picked up from.. This went on for over a week of promising the car would be picked up. They took my $150 non-refundable fee and never delivered their promise or my car.. Call these people if you want to throw $150 out the window and into their pocket.. Real convincing scammers...
