Do not use these folks. They don't actually provide auto transport. They just take your info and money then post the info on various sites to find actual drivers to do the job then take a cut off the top. Additionally, when they did find a driver for me. The driver showed up and said I had to pay him $4k directly or else he wouldn't take the vehicle. I called these guys back they said they would find a new driver which they couldn't do. They said they would provide a refund for my deposit. When I didn't get a refund I called back and they said they wouldn't refund my deposit because they already had a driver come out.

This company took money to transport my boat and began to add 3,295 dollars worth of fees on a trailer that they inspected before pulling off and eventually left my boat on the property of a random gas station in Lowell's indiana and the contracted agent Alexander Parker number 754-529-4393 would no longer answer his calls , refusing to reimburse me and was ok with a driver he hired cursing me out abandoning my boat.

I have never had a worse service-related experience in my life.

All Day Auto Transport will be very courteous and reassuring on the initial call. They will claim they operate independently and don't subcontract. They will be prompt and professional. And then the problems begin.

My cars were supposed to be picked up on a Saturday and delivered the following Monday morning. I requested three times that the pickup time be after 12pm. I get a call Friday evening telling me that the pickup is going to be at 9:30. At this point I'm getting nervous that this is just the start of the problems and I couldn't have been more prescient. I manage to haggle the driver up to 11am. He doesn't show up until 2pm. And his truck is broken.

I'm told that it'll only be a 2 day delay, and I'll receive the cars Wednesday morning. This is confirmed to me several times. As late as Tuesday afternoon, I'm still being told that the truck is going to be fixed imminently and not to worry.

On Wednesday All Day Auto finally admits that the truck isn't going to be fixed, but they will find another driver. The new driver finally picks up the cars but they will be delayed one additional day because they have other pickups to do.

In the end I got my cars on Saturday evening, over a week after they were picked up. This cost me almost $700 in additional rental fees. I reached out to Erick, who initially claimed he would compensate me but of course, radio silence.

Very dishonest, no respect for peoples' time and unable to adjust when things go wrong. Look elsewhere and save yourself time, money and frustration.

Shame on this company.

This is a zero star review. I'd give it negative stars if I can.
Firstly, they ask for a card on file. FIRST RED FLAG - NEVER GIVE YOUR CARD INFO. This is not actually required. I suspect ADAT does this so that they can keep the loading fee/security deposit that they charge essentially right away. This is another red flag. Good brokers will tell you that their commission is paid upon delivery of vehicle.

I learned all of this thru a local transport company that I found to be more reputable(not 1.5 stars on yelp). This OTHER company was actually able to see my vehicle listed on the board, and the quote listed was 1100, not the 1750 that ADAT actually quoted me on. This is when I knew that ADAT was shady. The OTHER lady told me that her price is going to be 1150 cash to driver for the transport due upon receipt of vehicle, and then 200 broker fee afterward. No card had to be given for this second company.

So I called ADAT back to cancel. He says he is going to put me on hold to "check on the status". I get an email while on hold saying that the vehicle was dispatched. This was another red flag to me. It felt to me like he deliberately put me on hold and pushed thru the "loading fee/security deposit" of $550 because I told him that I was calling to cancel.

I spoke with ADAT rep named Alexander Parker.
ADAT if you read this, just credit the 550 back or void the transaction please and take me off the board. I am working with my bank to dispute this anyway. Just do the right thing.

Be more transparent if you want something better than a 1 star review.

Total scammers. Not up front about being a broker and act more like a local moving company. Promised us one date and pickup time in the beginning, but that fell through on their end (when it was to late to get someone else), so we felt stuck with them and their moving schedule, as if ours didn't matter. We ultimately ended up canceling them because of not being able to find a driver when they said they would (booked 3 weeks before move). Of course took $350 dollars from us, for doing nothing but complicating our move and ultimately sent a driver anyway, the day after we canceled. You've been warned.

Oh my God ......Gary was so professional so helpful he got my car from Texas to New York in less than seven days. the driver was awesome as well (professional) All day auto transport is a 5 star they're just excellent and I highly highly recommend them

2 Stars because I did get my motorcycle in one piece. I was told it would be moved in an enclosed trailer. It was moved on a car carrier uncovered, so my nice garage kept motorcycle arrived covered in road film and grease. There was not any communication between the driver and me. I had less tracking than a $20 fedex package and my bike arrived a day late. I waited all evening for my bike to be delivered only to come to find out it will arrive the next day which of course, I had to keep contacting them myself to find out.
Once the bike arrived I was asked to pay $350 cash or the driver wouldn't release my bike to me. At no point was I ever told to bring cash.
All in all, this was a very poor experience.

Service was on time and professional. Highly recommended and would use again. No worries and the driver was prompt and courteous.

Is there a way to give zero stars? I didn't even use these people because they couldn't get the date of pick up right. Charlie lied to me about not charging my card until a driver was dispatched. Well, he charged the card immediately, even before I received paperwork from them with me agreeing to use the company - WHICH I DIDN'T USE THEM. I told him the same day that I didn't want to use that company because he couldn't get the information correct, and let's just cancel.

Well, checked my statement today, and the same day as our first conversation, Mr. Charlie charged my card.

My car hasn't been shipped yet, there was no driver dispatched, and I never signed anything with these people. Stay clear of this company!

So let me start by saying that this company is a broker.

I was told one thing over the phone and then the complete opposite happened.

So I needed my car moved from NC to FL. I did a Google search and compared some quotes and then I picked all day Auto. I spoke with Sean and they only charged my 200$ for a broker fee and 250$ when the car was delivered to the driver.

I don't have time to sit and read the fine print. They seemed like pretty trustworthy people and I really like taking people's word for it.

I specifically asked "Is 450 the final price?", "Are you 100% sure?" Are they any more hidden fees?"

Yes 450$ was the final price so I went ahead with the broker fee. No explanation of anything.

They told me I was supposed to receive a call for the transport 3 days prior to my pick up. It's day two before my pickup date and I still haven't received a call so I call them and they tell me everything is a go and to just be patient.

It's now my pickup date and no one has called me so I call all day auto to figure out what is going on and they keep giving me the run-around and dodging my calls.

I finally got through to Daniel, who helped me out but told me they had upped the price and were not able to get there until 1pm. I had a flight to catch so I just left the keys and hoped for the best.

The transport company finally came but he did into show until 3 PM.

Basically long story short is that they do not communicate effectively, if they want to differentiate themselves they need to go beyond "sir" and "maam" and actually tell you the real deal.

I would not have had a sour taste in my mouth from them upping the price or delaying the transport date. What left a sour taste was them not telling me anything until the last minute, causing me to scramble and shift my plans around this unreliable transport person.

After I posted this review, the owner reached out to me directly and accepted responsibility for the situation, which is a far cry from what most businesses would do. They really took my feedback to heart and made the kind infrastructure adjustments that will make a real difference in the quality of service. Based on the kind of flexibility they demonstrated in taking my feedback and being considerate of my experience, I WOULD consider doing business with them again in the future. I always pursue an extraordinary customer experience when I do business. I'm a social media specialist and I totally get that errors happen and bad news can travel fast. That said, I also belive in being fair when someone has gone to lengths to make good.

These folks are alright by me...

After being abandoned by two other transport brokers, these guys came through. I had been trying to get my truck from NW Florida to Washington State for a month. Two others companies promised and never showed. Excuses like... the driver quit without notice, the truck broke down in Gainesville, the driver will need an additional $300 to deviate his route, blah, blah. As a matter of fact, one company continues to call me several times a week with excuses nearly a month after I cancelled them.

All Day Auto Transport was a couple bucks more but they were here in three days like they promised. Not a week or a month later. The driver was courteous and mindful of people's schedules at both ends. He communicated exact pickup and dropoff times well in advance.

I would highly recommend this company if you need a fast, reliable transport or you are just tired of excuses.
