All States Car Transport

The service was very professional and prompt. My car was transported with no issues and the customer service agents were very helpful and nice. I would definitely use the service again

They are a bunch of morons. They keep sending me a quote for a dirt bike move from and to a state I do not live in. Have REPEATEDLY told them they have the wrong e-mail address. For some reason, they fail to get the hint that I DO NOT NEED THIS SERVICE!!!! If they can not get the simple e-mail address correct, why in the world would you trust them to get your shipping address correct? I would not use them

I was given one timeline after another for when I could expect the information on the driver who would be transporting my vehicle. When I called their "customer service" line the guy on the other end said he didn't believe my agent had even come in that day, only to turn around not five minutes later in the conversation and say my agent had been in and out all day. It finally got to the point they weren't answering phone calls, texts, or emails. I had a very tight timeline and did not need this extra aggravation. Save yourselves the trouble and find literally anyone else to move your vehicle.

My husband and I were really disappointed in the service of this transporter. After making arrangements and giving our debit card no. We had to call many times to receive anything from them. Every time we ca,led to cancel after this he said, broken English, talk to manager. Manager not there. We called again md again for 4 days to finally get our order cancelled so we could engage another company. Save yourself a lot of anguish and call another transporter......

Do NOT make the HUGE mistake to hire this company to transport your car. Anywhere! Not even for 1/2 a mile. I was fooled to use them to transport my car from Florida to Texas and what a great regret. A few points:
1- Go pay them a visit at their office and you will have your first clue and hint you should avoid them
2- They 'claim' they are not brokers. They even post pictures of their trucks on their Facebook Page and LinkedIn. Ask to see one of their trucks. They WILL hire brokers who you don't even know who they are
3- They will 'claim' your car is insured, and they will care of it if something happens. Well, NO. They will NOT do that. They will immediately:
a- Stop answering your calls
b- Point you to deal with the Company/Driver you had NO idea was actually transporting your car
c- Point you to deal with the company you did NOT pay for their services. You paid to All States Auto Transport not ABC Auto Transport. Yet, they will pus you to deal with them
Again, AVOID this company by all means! Or as I suggested, go take a look at their 'State of the Art' office and also ask to see their parking lot and Company Trucks. Ask for their DOT Number. Ask for their Insurance that will protect your car. Read ALL reviews and be aware of the 'wonderful' fake reviews!
Of course, they will say none of this is true, which IT IS. And that they said this, said that, which the DID NOT. And that is why an Official Complain is coming about this company!

This outfit is nothing more than a broker for vehicle shipments.

They are expensive, and worst of all they changed the price after the contract had been signed. Very unprofessional.

Suggest you use a reputable company; one who is not a broker, but who actually transports vehicles.

Superior service I couldn't be happier the vehicle was transported from Pennsylvania to California within the promised time.
Got immediate answers every time I called to ask for an update.
I highly recommend this business for any auto transport to my friends and family

The first thing the company does is SELL your contract to another carrier. They sold ours to Comic Transport. They picked up the car at the last minute; we had to call them to find out why they hadn't picked up our car, we did this 10 minutes before they closed. The move was from Washington State to Arizona. We drove it ourselves in our other car. Great drive, good weather, no problems. We got here on Sunday. We were told by All States Transport that the car (picked up on Friday) would be delivered on Monday (possible) and for sure by Tuesday. Tuesday came, went, and no call and no car. We got exactly ZERO updates as to when the car would arrive after if was picked up.
We called them (Comic) and got some guy who didn't speak much English and repeatedly told us to call the driver. We called the driver and of course the driver did not answer the phone - he was driving a huge hauler type vehicle! Had to call All State car transport for assistance, which was a complete and total waste of time. When someone from Comic finally called back, it was to tell us the car would be delivered on Wednesday and to make sure we paid cash.
No one would explain why the car was late
I expected better from a company that works nationwide.

I wish I knew this before! They wouldn't call u with any updates nor an email! Everytime YOU call then only they have an update! Ernie Gonzalez was actually very rude and impatient! Seriously? You are the ones needing business!

The worst thing is - car needs to be picked up today and by 5:45pm I still dont have any update.. office closes at 6:00 pm and I call to get an update! All I got is bunch of phone number with NO ETA, promised to send me an email and I still dont have any update... no emails no phone numbers!

Its 10:00pm right now and I am still awaiting a call from driver or Ernie but I have none!

Will NOT recommend these ppl ever specially Ernie.

Will update this review if my car ever gets picked up!
