I am very late posting my review here. The owner Melanie is simply a wonderful caring lady who seems to be available 24/7 and is always super-responsive. We had a car transported from Nashville to WA state in April, and I was surprised how reasonable the price was. I threw her a curveball at the end by asking if we could move up the transport by a month at the last minute and she was able to accommodate without price change. The transport itself had a bit of a hiccup but all in all I was very satisfied. I wish we had a transport broker like Wheelsup in WA state. This was a top-notch experience.

Can't give a full review as I didn't end up using them for the transit of a vehicle because the seller of the car I was purchasing backed out last minute. But I can tell you the owner is a sweetheart she goes above and beyond for you to have the best experience with her and her company and I will definitely use her for any further auto transportation when I need it!

I worked with Melanie on arranging a Lamborghini Gallardo transport at the recommendation of a friend. Melanie was always available via email within minutes or right away on the telephone. Though I ended up going with another option that my dealership arranged, Melanie impressed me enough for me to review them on-line.

If you are looking to have a vehicle transported, look no further than Wheelsup. I had a horrible experience prior to finding Wheelsup and I sure do wish I had found this business sooner. Melanie, the owner, is such a sweetheart and such a pleasant to work with. The transaction with her went smoothly and my car arrived earlier than expected and in the same condition as when it was picked up. You can't go wrong booking with Wheelsup. I will definitely use them again if needed! I wish all companies operated like this one does. A++ business
