Had the worst service from this company. No one ever called me back. They'd promise to call back in 5-10 minutes and hours would go by with no response. I had to call 5-6 times a day for the to update me. Why would I want to pay a company soooooo much money to treat me like crap? If you see my pictures attached, you'll see how they call me selfish for calling throughout the day to see when my car would be picked up. How unprofessional of them to text me like this?? After I kindly declined their services.

Lack of Professionalism, No communication, Very dishonest and rude!!!!

During my initial call with All Terrain Logistics auto transport to ship my car from east to west coast, my car was scheduled for pick up on Monday or Tuesday, and was suppossed to call us the day before. No phone call was made, so I called them and emailed them at 8 Am on Tuesday to see what is ging on and when the truck will pick up my car and they told me today!!! So I stayed home the whole day waiting for the vehicle to be picked up. I called both Elizabeth and their supervisor Jason ( he claimed he is the supervisor?!) several times and no one answered my call and emais till 6pm which Elizabeth told me the car will be picked up tommorrow. On Wednesday I talked to Jason and he told us go to your work, I will call you 2-3 hours befor picking up the car today and he was too rude to me and my husband on the phone when inquiring about the pickup. On Wednsday afternoon they told me the driver is assigned and he will pickup your car tommorow morning. I asked for the driver's name and phone number, the agent told me will call you in 10 minutes. Again no one called. They played the game till Thursday around noon time, when my friend noticed that they are bidding our car in the dispatch $500 above the quote and agreement to find a driver. So my husband called to cancle the order. No one answered the phone, after several time calling Jason was on the phone. He was verbally assulting my husband. After that Elizabeth was threatening me that non of the drivers will have your car on the board, good luck!! and she hanged up.
I knew car-shipping companies overall does not have good reputation but this was the worst experience. If I could give them 0 star I would because 1 star is too high for them.

I scheduled this company to move a car on Friday, June 22, 2018. I told Elizabeth Maya Friday or Saturday would work for me and she said Friday was scheduled. As per their contract which states they only take a deposit after they schedule the driver, they scheduled a driver on Thursday for Friday, June 22 and then took $100 deposit. The money cleared my account on June 22. She then told me that the driver would contact me Thursday afternoon to confirm. After never hearing from either the driver or the company I called Elizabeth on Friday the 22 at approx 12:30pm ET. She said "I was just going to call you" and then explained that the driver's truck broke an axel and so they were working on getting a new driver. She said I would hear back in approx 1-1 1/2 hours. I never received any calls back from this company or any drivers. All of my contact to this company from this point on was from me calling them after the timeframe they said they would call me back passed with no calls from them. Each time I called I was told they were workin on getting me a driver and would have one soon (they always stated I would hear back within 20 min or about an hour). By Friday afternoon Elizabeth told me they were scheduling a driver for Saturday. Then she passed me to Jason Friday evening. Jason told me that I would hear from him with information about my driver in 1-4 hours. After explaining that I was having a hard time trusting them at this point after they took my deposit but no driver, he said they did not take my deposit yet. I informed him they in fact had. After receiving no call for 2 hours I called him and left a message asking for an update. I never heard from Jason or anyone else from All Terrain until Jason called me Monday, June 25 at approx 12pm ET. He stated that he has "hundreds of customers" and cannot remember them all. After my third time asking for my deposit back he said he would reimburse me. While I was asking him if he would send confirmation once he reimbursed me he hung up on me. 50 minutes after he hung up on me my bank still did not receive any contact from Jason or All Terrain to reimburse me the deposit so I filed it with my bank as fraud and breach of contract.

To be fair I didn't even use these people because of the smarmy idiot that called me on the phone. He quoted me a price which was $100 more than the previous quote I had received. I explained to him that I already had lower offers and he said...and I quote..."I'm not here to paint your rainbow. I'm here to move you car." I was so astonished that I couldn't believe my ears. I asked him to repeat what he had just said. He repeated it and and I was GONE!. Buh-bye. Yikes!

Also I received two emails from these guys. On one of them, the return address was to a Kevin Turner. I replied to this and one other email I received and both were sent back with an error: Server Misconfiguration.

Kevin Turner is the guy you can never trust (big liar), I made a deal with him to ship my car from CT to FL, He charged me the money and didn't answer my calls and the Shipping Carrier he assigned to were ignoring me! I strongly recommend you to go for a better shipping company

Timely pick up & timely delivery. The only hiccup was that I called to reserve 2 weeks before I was quoted 550. The day they dispatched (3 days before the actual move) the price changed to 625.

We found All Terrain online and boy, did we luck out with them! From pick-up to delivery, all went as stated. The car was delivered in perfect condition. The boxes we put into it (they allow you 100 lbs of goods) were as we put them in and undisturbed. M&M Transport was the company that ultimately delivered our vehicle. We had several phone numbers and were able to keep in touch with them during the process. From CA to FL we took delivery of our car 6 days after it left CA. Not bad. We couldn't recommend them more - excellent, premier service all the way and very reasonable.

Oh how disappointed I am with this company. They had received such good reviews on several transport websites. I called to schedule a pick-up of a vehicle for a week out. I was told I would receive a call from dispatch on that day (a Monday). My father had scheduled to be off of work that day so that he would be available at any time for the pick up of my car. The day of pick up arrived and neither of us received a call from dispatch, a driver., or any representative of the company. I called Kevin T. at the All Terrain (who I was working with) Monday morning and he said that dispatch would be calling me. They never did. When I didn't hear anything several hours later, I tried several times to contact Kevin or anyone at the company to find out the status of our transport pick-up. I only got the voice mail for Kevin and on the company's main number. I left a message but no one called me back. On Tuesday, I called at 6:30 a.m. PST to find out what was happening. Kevin seemed surprised that the car was not picked up (even though I left a message on his voice mail). He said he would call me back in 30 minutes with an update. His exact words were, "I will keep my word." Two hours later, I called him. They could not contact the driver. Finally, several hours later, I was called with "good news." They found a driver who could pick up my car -- five days later than scheduled at a cost of $100.00 more!! I asked for a discount or compensation but was told he would not do that. When I told him that I would be cancelling their services and find another company and would be giving an appropriate review of my experience, his tone became rude. This is definitely not a company that is reliable and they will not work to make right their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The only reason they have one star is because I had to choose it to post my review.
