I was a little worried when I saw the reviews but upon reading further it seemed that they are now under new management and I love their service! I spoke with Mitch and he was able to give me an amazing offer and was able to answer all my questions right then and there. He was even able to find a dispatcher to pick up my car this afternoon after a few minutes of speaking with me. They are super nice and they don't have any hidden fees. Highly appreciate them and thank them for an amazing service!

Super happy with my experience with Brett and Mitch. I contacted them many months prior to actually needing their service with a ton of questions. They patiently answered all of them and filled me in on things to look out for, and things I didn't even think of.
When the time came, they sourced a transport for my car from CA to MA in very short order, and everything went smooth as silk. My highest recommendation if you need their service. They were helpful, pleasant and just an overall joy to work with.

I had a vehicle shipped from Georgia to New York. My pick up schedule was not very open, but Sam Kooby worked with me to get the job done. The price I was quoted was the price that I was charged. Sam was very accommodating to my schedule.

I was skeptical to go with them because Johnathan called me with a quote that was so low compared to others and looking at their reviews wasnt too good but all the good reviews add Johnathan name so i was likeeeeee oh yea imma take my chance cause it so happen johnathan was who called me and he had good reviews. So i took my chance he found someone within 2 days to transport my lincoln mkx he called me two days after i booked which was a friday and apologize tht it took him two days im like oh naw i figured 5 days because thts wht thy all say give them 5 days so i was actually impressed and he told me i got someone who can pickup Monday and u will have it Tuesday i was like dam thts quick considering im in ky car was in Baltimore . It got here safe and sound just like he said. Thank you Johnathan

This Company is a scam and a horrible company and steals the money from the customers and my advice to all these car owners and car dealers and business should never do business with this company because they have a bad owner and they are biggest scams who steal money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are SCAMMERS!!!!! My actual price ended up being over $500 more than the quoted price! The guy is unprofessional and so are the drivers! They are so rude! I am a hard working business woman and these people kept calling my phone and texting like we are friends. Just deliver my car. Horrible company. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I should have listened to the other reviews. This company is a scam. They took my deposit, never found a driver, and kept my deposit. Robbery at its finest!! Stay away!!!

They will be 100% responsive until you book, then they will fall off the face of the earth. I've texted, called, emailed multiple times over the past week and have not received any information about when my car is going to get picked up. I don't recall giving a credit card, but now I have to look through all my statements to make sure I did not.

I unfortunately reached out to a service that sells your lead or inquiry to multiple carriers, I got a call from American Car Transporters. Their price was high and I was trying to explain that I had gotten multiple quotes lower, he then told me others were trying to rip me off, and I said I had done my research and understand that can happen but once again they were still substantially higher. He then told me to "F*CK OFF" and hung up the phone. If this is how you treat people I can only imagine... DO not use this company!!!

Well, this was a nightmare and after they failed to notify us of a pick-up date that was scheduled, didn't return phone calls, and then said the were trying to find a driver, we were less than 14 hours from our departure time for the airport and still nothing. We cancelled the contract, got a lot of arguments, said that the pick-up is now scheduled for Friday--three days after we have left and couldn't we get a neighbor to take care of the transfer--and more arguments, we are done with them.
My suggestion to you. Try someplace else. What they say and what they do are miles apart! We are driving the 1250 miles and losing the price of the airfare and limo service. Lesson learned! No stars for them. A- rating? I think not!

Arranged to have a car shipped one month prior to the date needed. They confirmed shipment of the vehicle over the phone (several times), so a plane ticket was purchased in order to meet them when the car was dropped off because we were told we would need to sign for it. When we called to verify the shipment on the day of we were told that the driver had cancelled and that our car would NOT be shipped. We did not receive a phone call with this update. We also have already made a $200 deposit. When calling to get this issue resolved our contact was not available in the office, and the individual who answered the phone explained that she did not know anything about it so she could not really help us. When someone did call back they called to say that the deposit was not refundable... even though they cancelled without notice and we had a confirmation number.

I would NOT recommend this business. Although there are many 5 star reviews, they do not seem to be consistent in following through for every customer. Maybe IF they actually ship your car they do a good job, I would not know because they backed out on us. NOT DEPENDABLE

I applied for an estimate online and received probably 12 phone calls while I was at work (which I could not pick up), the next morning they called again and when I picked up I said that I wasn't interested at the moment that it was to soon and the man who called made a rude comment and hung up on me.

If that's how their staff is I won't be going to them when it is time for me to hire someone.

I made a $200 deposit with American Car Transporters, Inc. at the end of October for my bike to be shipped one way from New Orleans to the Twin Cities area. They were very accommodating on the phone and assured me that it would be no problem. They suggested that I might have to meet the driver somewhere, but that the motorcycle could probably be picked up at my hotel and said they'd follow up in the beginning of the pick up week to work out the details.

They didn't call. We had to follow up with them. They said they'd follow up. Time passed and we heard nothing. Finally followed up with them again by email and they said they'd tried us on every number they had and couldn't get anyone. My cell phone was one of the numbers they had and I never missed a call. They claimed not to leave a voicemail because the other number was a business line.

Got up at 6:00 am the day of pickup so I could meet their driver or help get loaded. Didn't hear from them and followed up mid morning. They emailed and said a driver wasn't available, but if I left the bike at the hotel they'd have it picked up that afternoon (Friday). The weekend passed and we never heard from them. Checked with the hotel and the bike was still there. Had to follow up with them repeatedly the following week only to get the runaround.

A second weekend came and went while I was being charged $34 per day for valet parking at the hotel and they seemed no closer to solving the problem. They claimed to be having trouble finding a driver who would pick up my motorcycle at the hotel they told me it was okay to leave it at. They suggested they could refund my deposit, but asked if they could still try to help.

I gave them another day (now 11 total since my bike was left at the hotel), and figured it out on my own. When I called them to have them refund my money, I once again spoke to the owner (Mitch) and when I told him how disappointed I was in his service, he said, "Well, you're about 1 in 10,000". I said I'd be filing a complaint with the Florida Secretary of State and he asked if that was a threat. He never offered to defray my costs and his company was totally inept for the better part of two weeks. As a layperson, I solved the problem in a day.

Except for the day they took my money, I had poor customer service throughout. They came off to me as totally inept.
