Wish I could give ZERO stars.
They charged my card TWICE for $300 each for no reason - I had to cancel my credit card and dispute charges for this FRAUD.
DO NOT USE THEM!

The worst experience in my life. I cannot say enough to warn potential customers away from this company. As another reviewer has said, they are complete scam artists. Unless you have a great lawyer steer clear of this unethical, bait and switch sorry excuse of a company. Dealing with American Premium Logistics is a nightmare. They rope you in with a reasonable price and at the last minute change the price and refuse to honor the price that was originally quoted. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I don't know how they are still in business. I should have done my research. This was my first time using an auto transport service. I had several different companies trying to compete for the job. American told me they had a driver ready and in the area, not even close. I called to cancel and immediately was treated with disrespect and hung up on. Do not use this service! I was told I was the rude one and hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are liars and need to be shut down. They lie on the price and then increase the fees from what they quoted, lie about a guaranteed date, and then try to get you to pay CASH for the amount of the total price (after they charge you $150).

dealing with american premium logestic is a nightmare. do not even consider or trust them. at the last minute price changed and they refused to honor the price that was agreed. i do not recommend american premium logestic. ziro stars

I had a car delivered from Fort Worth to Houston, Daniel Rua helped me and he was extremely helpful. He kept me informed from beginning until the car was Delivered. I can only speak for my experience.

Wish there were negative stars to give these morons. They texted me at 4:30am. I called to complain. The idiot on the phone proceeded to tell me that it was now the year 2021, etc. This company should have its license revoked.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I don't know how they are still in business. I coordinated with Emile regarding my car stated ohh we are good to go for tomorrow and took my card info. Come to find out the day of the pick up it was never assigned to anyone till about and hour before the driver called me. Tried to call the place of business, since Emile gave me his word it was taken care of. I was told Emile was at lunch apparently lunch runs for 3 plus hours at that point I drove the car home my self don't do business with them.

Do not use them. I was in contact with Max to get a car delivered from Florida to Maryland because my dad died he called and assured me they would pick my car up at 3pm. We spoke to him the day before, an hour before & fifteen mins to three. At 2:48 we receive a call from the driver stating they are two hours away. I was in Florida handling arrangements for my father and had a plane to catch out of Jax at 6:25. Needless to say that didn't happen and my bf and I ended up driving to Maryland ourselves a afterwards they refuse to answer the phone for us. Do not use them!!

I do a fair amount of vehicle transporting and I was having a difficult time finding a carrier that would move a rather large truck to Lake Havasu City Arizona. Was referred to American Premium Logistics and put in the usual information on their website. Was contacted almost immediately by Liza Hernandez and I could not believe the price and was told that I should have a driver within a few days. I was pretty excited as I had had no luck for over a week and was constantly getting the run around from other companies. I then looked at the reviews on the company and thought I maybe was making a mistake and I had already promised my customer that it would be there by a certain date as he would only be in town for a few days to accept delivery. I contacted Liza and stated my concerns and she stated that what she said was accurate and she already had a driver lined up. I was stuck and had to keep going forward. Well let me tell you I was blown away by the customer support of Liza, she stayed in contact with phone calls and even text. Everything was set up and I was to have the vehicle picked up today (Tuesday) and delivered by Wednesday - it was tight but it would work. Liza called me early yesterday (Monday) and asked if it would be ok to pick up the vehicle a day early - hell yes, that is even better. It was scheduled and I received a call from the driver team early in the day to state that they would be here by 3:00 p.m. The driver ended up getting stuck in the horrible California traffic on the 91 in Orange County. I understand as I have been stuck many times myself. They were in constant communication with me as they inched their way closer to me. They arrived around 5:00 and in an enclosed trailer, even better than being on an open trailer as this is a very nice truck. The drivers were very pleasant and professional. They were loaded up and on their way within 25 minutes. Liza, again, was constantly in contact with me asking how everything was going. I explained they had come and gone and she still followed up and wanted me to let her know when the vehicle arrived. I contacted my customer this morning and he stated that they have already been there, again early, and it was delivered and he was very pleased and already driving his truck. Wow a company that over performs and sticks to the price and the promises and Liza was great. Always easy to get a hold of and always following up to make sure I was happy. I will use them again in the future.

Highly advise - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! F RATING FROM THE BBB FOR A REASON, I should have done my research. The website and decent reviews are all a joke. This is a broker that will send your business out to any fly by night hauler. I was told would receive vehicle in 48 hours and did not receive for 3 days and lost time at work waiting for driver to show up. When I told the owner Andrew about not receiving my car and the hauler lying to me about ETA he treated me like a piece of garbage because he already had his money. The hauler he brokered the transport out to lied to me multiple times on when I would receive my car. Absolutely awful experience using American Premium Logistics.

They cancelled my order they said and would refuse to pull it off the board so I couldn't get another company to help me instead. Do not use this service! I was told I was the rude one and hung up on. When all I wanted was my car info removed

Do not use company . First we was suppose to meet at a place then come to find out the parking lot was too small . Had to follow the truck 20 mins from my house to turn back around to drive back to my house . He then drives my car back again 20 mins to his truck . I was promise to get a discount and then the dispatcher from z and s auto called and was rude saying 900 is my discount. When that was already the total cause u paid the 150 deposit.

Then i calls back today been promise that daniel was going to call back and never did but tends to text me.

Customer service is terrible and they getting over.
