I'm very much a type A personality and Angels is able to cater that to me. They let me know that they need a 7 day load window, which I was able to pick. They gave me an estimated transit time, which the carrier gets to pick. I was contacted 48 hours before the first day of the load window, and then each day after that until my car loaded. They contacted me 48 hours before my car was delivered, and, again, every day after until it was delivered. They have a well oiled system that I appreciate very much.

I have never shipped a car before and was very nervous to do it this time! Bought a new-ish Honda from the dealer here in Grand Rapids MI. They recommended AMA for shipping my old Honda Insight to my son in Portland OR. My calls were returned right away. The car shipped out within 48 hours of first contact. I heard daily from the office (Eddie) and at both pick-up and delivery from the driver (Tony). Everything was smooth, on-time and well worth the $1500, which I thought was very reasonable. Both Tony AND I took photos of the car from top to bottom before the shipment: my son signed off on the car in Portland, without a hitch. (ha!) Highly recommend without reservation.

Hands down the best auto moving company I've worked with! I moved from NC to CA & my cars was delivered the CA within a week of being picked up! The driver was very professional & called me with updates, etc. I will not use any other auto moving service!

Angels moving is well priced and got the job done. They did promise to use known quality drivers but when it was time to deliver our vehicle the drive cause a number of issues. They scheduled to deliver on Wednesday or Thursday but called without prior notice saying the car MUST be delivered on Tuesday. This cause us to cancel plans and adjust because the driver had a "family emergency". The driver also refused to deliver to the location and demanded we meet him at a Lowes. We got the vehicle and everything worked out. We called Angels to complain and discuss the issues and they did not take any responsibility for the bad communication. Then Dena hung up on us in frustration. They also don't pick up any day because Sat or Fri and if you need a different day then you have to pay an extra fee for us it was $250.

I was concerned that the car dealer was dragging their heels but once these Angels showed up, my car shipped to me superfast. Very professional driver, very clear communications along the way, and timely drop-off. The actual shipping company was EGE Logistics, and driver was Necmi Okumus.

DO NOT USE THEM! 100% Record. That's a joke! My car arrived damaged at the rear. The transporter told me the damage was already there at the garage when he collected it. The garage told me it wasn't. Angels "Frankly" just left me with $3500 of damage to my car. I wish I had read Davros S and Pepper J reviews before booking them. Dina is a total Bitch quite "Frankly". Told me my timestamped photos were fake and that I'd reversed the car into something myself.

I used them years ago and were the worst by far. Read the reviews. I can't believe they're still in business. My car was delayed by two weeks and everyday was an excuse. My story and experience would be pages and not worth my time at this point. Heed the low star warnings, these are true experiences and similar to my own. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere. Just not worth it.

Long story short, our car needed to be delivered either during daylight or to our garage where we could examine and accept delivery. Dena's driver could only do an evening delivery 2 days in a row, and so we offered Dena at least 3 suggestions to try and facilitate an evening delivery. Dena was unprofessional, was yelling and talking over me, told me I was being a child, I was one of the most difficult customer's to deal with, and she hung up on me. Thankfully, the company Dena hired to do the actual delivery called us and worked out getting our car to us. I wouldn't wish this woman on my worse enemy, and I've had many vehicles delivered to my various homes over the years. We've had many cars delivered over the years by companies that were easy to work with that do what they have promised in a professional manner.

The people working here are nice enough, but don't care if there are problems with your shipment. Only a "sorry" and "we understand" offered. Not a good way to keep customers. If you are in the wrong, you fix it.

My car was quoted to be in my possession within 10 days. I had it shipped from LA to NJ. It took them almost 2 weeks to get to me. They claimed it was because someone at the DOT had "accidentally deleted a document" in California. So the truck was stuck in Arkansas. They literally called me on Tuesday (the day it was due) and said it would be a little late: Thursday/ Friday. Then on Friday said the car was stuck in AR and it would take even longer. As the customer, you are left in the dark...but if you ask me, that sounds a LITTLE suspicious. Sounds to me like the driver just wanted to go on a little joy ride.

Only use this company if it doesn't matter when your vehicle arrives. I get to deal with rental car and cab charges now. Thanks a million, Angels Moving Autos!

Don't waste your time working on a quote from these guys unless you want automated answers and a completely inflated price. They'll bait you in with an estimate that's about 60% less than what they'll actually charge, which you'll only find out about when you're ready to schedule. They're prices are 15% higher than the highest quote I received.

If I could give no stars I would. This company I chose because of the yelp review, and because it is a woman owned company. They come off really sweet, but then it goes south. We had a 2 way transport, was quoted $1,400.00 then when we decided to go with then then we we told that we were misquoted, if we wasn't in a rush we could still do it for the 1rst quote. If not it would be $1,700.00 my husband said it was no rush so that was it. Then over the next few days we got text saying Aug 13, so we got to our contact person and let them know the 13 would be pick up day.

So then today we get a text saying Aug 20??? It was explained that the driver had a family emergency, totally understand BUT we had our contact waiting on this pick up and putting his life on hold. So was told that it would be hard to get another driver because " they would rather pick up honda civics than heavy old vehicles " and we would have to fork over more money!

So then we are pissed, they use the excuse of the 14 day contract, but what happends when you can't find a driver, and we had this worked out with our contact! We risked loosing the truck because the person was now having 2nd thoughts on the trade.

So we found a new transporter, yes more money but it will happen tomorrow with a delivery for tuesday! When we asked for our money back, they told us no, but they provided no service at all. Will be contacting my bank and bbb! You have been warned. And if this gets erased by yelp or by the owner of the company I will post this on every site known to man!

I had a less than desirable experience with these folks. Here are the facts: I bought a car. The dealer salesman told me once they had the $ the delivery co. had 5 days (no including sat & sun) to pick up and 5 days to deliver. They didn't pick the car up for 7 days and delivered in 8 (to include sat & sun). I was told by Angels that this info was wrong, dealers fault.

BUT on the call when I was complaining the condescending women responded, "What do you think I can pull and truck and a driver out of thin air." That is the issue I have. The customer service at this point was awful. I called the dealer to complain, spoke to the manager who reports the salesman was wrong in telling me the timeframe he did but that the way I was treated by Angels was wrong and that he would call. I then received a call from Angels with such an 'over done' conversation that it was annoying. Like, "How is your day.... OH wow you bought a new car you must be so excited, What did you get , oh wow, what color? oh wow that will be real nice, etc ,etc." Am I the consumer that just won't be happy, possibly. What I wished would have happened on behalf of Angels is this: Treat me with respect when I call. If you can't deal with upset customers train your staff. If you made a mistake and had a customer with a bad impression of an employee own it and move forward simply and professionally. No need to go over board. The car got to me in one piece. Don't expect any definite delivery times, it's just not in the cards.
