They took a quote request only and listed my car without even talking to me. I had to call them back several times to have them remove it so the company I chose to work with could get my car transport listed and filled.

I had my car transported from Denver, CO to Daytona, Florida. I requested quotes from several firms and AP Cargo express was by far the most responsive. Mike gave me a prompt return call and he really knows the business. Always being skeptical, I doubted that it'd happen. But the whole process went without a hitch. Mike and the others including Angel were always responsive to my phone calls and emails from the pickup to the delivery. Love the 24/7 service. Thanks you again Mike.

At first before signing the contract , I told him my situation , I will be on San Diego on 24th to pick up the car and need to be ship back to San Francisco , and that's the only day I would be there, and he said it he got a driver will do it for me for 430 on that day, and sent me the contract , i signed for it, and 3 days later when I asked him , he told me didnt thing, said still looking for the driver who willing to do it , oh man this is a lie, at first he told me he got the driver already, and now he said o driver , totally mess up my schedule , of cause I have to cancel it and get my own way to tow it back, I do not have time to waste, and he charged me 200 for the cancellation fee I wouldn't sign for the contract if he can't comfirm there is a driver will do it for 430, do not deal with Dinah Buckley, totally a scam!!

I would give this company 0 stars if i could. I explained that i wasn't interested in their services anymore and i got questioned why, blocked and charged $200. Don't use this company.

I kept getting calls and emails from them. And when I finally answered, I politely told then I found someone already and thank you very much. Ruben was very rude and just hung up. I called him back to tell him that's very unprofessional. I'm glad I didn't do business with them. Shows the tip of the iceberg of what kind of company this is.

I can verify this company practices extortion. Their policy says you can cancel up to a week in advance. We booked a tow but cancelled three weeks before and they charged us $200. We demanded to know why and they wouldn't answer us. Just said it's their policy. When we told them we had up to a week they wouldn't agree. They said it's now an accounting issue and gave us their email. Lo and behold the email is fake and bounced back. They keep hanging up on us. AP Cargo Express we will not take this and move on. Do the right thing and reverse your unethical and illegal charge. We now have our lawyer involved as they have our CC info and seeing as how they charge people with no reason we fear what they will charge us for something illegal again. Bad company.
