Assurance Auto Transport

First contacted them a month ago, didn't hears back for 2 weeks. Called after a week and left a message. Didn't hear back. Called back after 2 weeks and finally got a hold of "joe" and he said still hasn't got a hold of a carrier. Time ran out for car to be in inpowned lot after 2 months of being there now I'm forced by progressive insurance, inpowned lot, and asurance auto t0 drive 12 hours to pick up my car and drive it back in january.
