I Highly Recommend ATS Transportation Services! Randy is EXCELLENT at finding great drivers to transport a vehicle. I had my Jeep shipped from Phoenix, Arizona area all the way to Northeast South Dakota. My Jeep left on a Thursday afternoon and I got it on Sunday evening... Just Wow!!! No damage to the Jeep and the driver was super reliable and safe. Randy charged a very reasonable price and there were absolutely No changes to the original quote that I was given. Randy is easy to work with and will get the job done right. He has different pay options, which is also wonderful. I would contact Randy if I ever needed to transport a vehicle again.

Randy helped us again - we had to move our car back from Florida to the SF Bay Area. Although I gave him more than a month to try to schedule it, the fact that we were trying to ship on either January 2nd or 3rd from Florida presented some issues. However, Randy found a transporter to pick up on January 3rd! Our car was just delivered locally, in less than 7 days from Florida. The driver called a few days before delivery and said he would also call the day before and then an hour or so before the actual delivery. It all worked and I can't really ask for more. Not that I expect to do this much, but Randy will always be my first call to transport my cars.

Randy knows his stuff and is reasonable. Got a van moved across country for me. I would use again.

Was nice to buypass the big websites like uship. I have moved a lot of vehicles over the years. I dont know how they all work, but my experience with these guys was as good as any other.

Communication could be better - but I also understand he is juggling many carriers and relies on the carriers to provide info. Basically - guys with trucks and trailers. So not hating on Randy for it. Had similar experiences with most of my vehicle moves.

Contacted Randy since he was recommended to me by another local Transportation Company. Took more then 2 weeks to get the contact information of the car shipping company he contracted with. Assured me my car would be in good hands. My car was picked up on a Tuesday in July. The shipper who picked up my car assured me my car would be delivered at the destination(one State over) on Friday the same week. I then heard nothing back. After repeated texting, was told car would be delivered Saturday, same week. Then received picture of a damaged truck tire and was told this was the reason for the delay. No estimated time of delivery given. On Sunday, received picture of traffic, told another delay. It is now Monday the following week and I have not received my car. I am checking into formal action to explore what recourse I will have. Needless to say, my calls have since then not been answered.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had...when I was paying. This outfit was contracted by our moving company to move 3 vehicles, a boat, a pickup and a car. This company subcontracted each vehicle to another company. None showed up on time to pick any of the vehicles up. None delivered within their stated timelines. All were late. We could never get a decent eta. The last vehicle was just delivered, a day after it was scheduled and 830 at night. The driver threatened to not deliver the car because I was not a happy camper. I am convinced that everyone involved with this company is shady at best, but more likely members of some immigrant mob. I wouldn't use this company to move my bicycle across the street. Run, don't walk from this company and his 3 subcontractors: JCat Transport, Sierra Trucking and VP Elite (love the irony with that name)

Randy made excuses, was unreliable and undependable. As a service provider he did not manage my expectations properly when I asked if the vehicle could be shipped in a timely manner. He became - as other users have mentioned - unresponsive when it became apparent that he was not able to follow through on his word. I told him that it was advised that my vehicle was priced too low for the time frame I was looking to get my car shipped in, he still refused to change anything or even requote me - which left me without my vehicle and in $400 worth of rental car fees. I do not recommend this company.

Concur with previous unhappy reviews. Randy doesn't return calls. He doesn't track his drivers either so don't try to find out anything from him. We were told a week or less and after 12 days we had to drive to get our cars. Really horrible experience!

Very Disappointed with this company. We hauled a load for them on 7/30/2012 and they have yet to pay. When I talk with Randy he said he would pay $50 a month have yet to see that. He said they went Bankrupt and will have to pay a little at a time. We allowed him to do that, but he has paid nothing.

Horrible service,, made arrangements to ship car 2 1/2 weeks before needing car shipped cross country..As time neared I called him numerous times to see whats going on with shipping of car and he never answered the phone and wouldnt return my calls...Go elsewhere he doesnt care..
