Are always late to pick me up and usually have another person to drop off first. I was and hour and a half late to my child's pediatrician app. And today I was supposed to be picked up at noon it is now 12:50 and they said another 20 min!! My son had cream on his arms and legs that needed to be wiped off by 12:20. it is very patient and will cause blisters if left in to long!! I had to bring him back in side to the dr to remove it bc it started burning!!! Unacceptable!!

I have given them many tries to get it right. They don't show, but when I call, they say I was a no show. The driver never called nor texted me to let me know they are outside. But, if they came, I would of seen them, because I sit in my doorway waiting each time, 15 minutes prior to my pick-up time. So they not truthful either.

J&D van pulls in front of my apartment in Asbury, honking it's horn over and over again at 6 in the morning. People are trying to sleep. Have some respect.

This is a horrible horrible service. They do not pick you when they say and leave you there waiting until they are ready to come and get you. They treat you like a piece of garbage just because it's a service forgetting they are dealing with human beings. My husband gave them three chances ALL A FAILURE!!! Spoke to manager told her about problem and she was not even surprised. Even WORSE!! My husband is now walking down route 35 with a cane while recovering from back surgery
