This was my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state so the entire process was stressful for me because I just didn't know if I could trust the dealer or the transport. I am pleased to say everything went well! When I emailed Autoplex, Wolf called me immediately! He reassured me that this was a liget company and they have been in business for a while. They were actually located right across the street from the dealership! They sent the contract and my car was picked up immediately as well! I was still leary about giving out my credit card info because during my research I saw that companies would add on extra charges without letting people know. That was not the case. There was an additonal charge, but I contacted Wolf and he advised me that they charge 5% for credit card payments which I did not have a problem with. That would be my only suggestion would be to make that clear in the contract. It might already be there I just may have overlooked it. They gave me a time frame for delivery and my car was delivered in the time frame. The driver was very nice as well. He put my plates on and put my mats where they should be in the car. I would definitley recommend this company to my family and friends. Thanks for making this experience easy and worry free for me!!!

A bunch of crooks. Liars and thieves!
I called them Tuesday afternoon to send my car from Maryland to California. Aside from the fact that they pulled me, they lied to me and rejected me day after day until finally, only on Monday, almost a week later, my car really went out for delivery. If it was not annoying enough then when the car arrived they called me and asked me to pay another $ 280 !! And that is what is written in the contract. a lie !!!
After signing a contract in Tuesday they sent me a different contract on Monday after my car got shipped without telling me anything!
I had never seen and never signed on it but they told me that if I do not pay another $ 280 they will take my car to Houston. So that's what they do, squeeze out their victims in a situation that they have no choice and they must pay to get the
vehicle.
I'm hurt! I feel cheated. Offensive. I will never recommend anyone to even hear a price quote. be away !!!
