Paul/Shipping Masters was absolutely fantastic to work with as a shipping broker for my bike. They were incredibly prompt, responsive, and professional from my initial contact through delivery of the bike from the delivery service I had selected. On top, Paul/Shipping Masters' rates were actually significantly better than I would have been able to obtain on my own. They make the setup and transition process smooth and advocate for the customer when needed. I ran into some challenges with the delivery service I selected (not Shipping Masters), and Paul/Shipping Masters stepped right in to help when asked. Couldn't ask for better professionalism from them. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
I can not be more satisfied with the service provided by shippingmasters, Paul was really great, he was really knowledgeable and gave me a lot of tips and advice when purchasing my Road King and then transporting it from Florida to California, I found Paul to be a true gentleman, very honest, he always answer his phone and he always helped me every step of the way until my motorcycle was delivered, my motorcycle was clean and was not damaged, really great great service, I personally recommend shippingmasters to help you out with your motorcycle transporting needs.
Thank you Paul and thanks to shippingmasters.
Sincerely,

Never shipped a car before and was super nervous with a lot of questions. Mike was super attentive, answered all my questions and always picked up when I called (this detail is what sold me the most bc I knew he would be in communication regarding the status of my car). The whole process was effortless! I gave my car to the car transporter in NY on a Friday and by Sunday my car was in Fl. I flew in a little late so I had the car delivered to me on Monday. If you want a reasonable rate and reliable service stick with them. Will def use again if I have to.
Ok, so full disclosure, I've never shipped a car before. I mainly dealt with Mike Price. In all honesty, I'll admit that the guy is pretty easy to reach and he is responsive. However, he did some screw-ups that made my shipping experience a total nightmare and I truly don't even wish this on my worst enemy. So, I moved to a place that's pretty off the beaten path, so understandably shipping a car there is gonna be more pricey and finding trucks that go there is a bit harder. First mistake: Mike quoted me one price and then just a week before ups the price by about $40-50. Considering that the shipment is about 1k and other places quoted me for much more, I didn't make a fuss about it. Second mistake: I didn't realize that shipping cars is such a fickle business in that 1) the actual pickup can be several days after the estimate pickup and 2) some drivers are too scared to drive through certain places; Mike didn't explain this to me AT ALL. In my last week before flying out, I was trying to enjoy my last few days with loved ones and dealing with this shipping ordeal really messed that time up for me because I felt I was on their schedule, my pickup kept on getting delayed -which made me extremely nervous and stressed out- and although originally I was told my car would be picked up at a place near my home, I ended up having to drive like 40 minutes away and pay for public transportation coming back. I just felt really played by the whole ordeal. Also, since this is a broker agency, the company they linked me up with (Souza Transport Logistics) was TRAAAASH. The driver, Ronilson, was a rude and inconsiderate pig and doesn't deserve even the slightest bit of courtesy. Thankfully, nothing happened to my car and it got there within 3 days, but still, DON'T go with these people. They're not worth it.
I have never shipped a car, and frankly was a little concerned with the process, as my parents got ripped off with a Boston to FL shipper. I found Mike Price online, but read his Yelp reviews, and decided to give him a try. Well, I'm glad I did. The shipment was from Washington DC to Sonoma County, CA. Fair price and no hidden fees, car arrived in great shape. A business that simply does what it says it will do.
I highly recommend Auto Shippers Express and Mike. In fact, a colleague needed a shipper and I just today gave her Mike's contact info. As most businesses say, a referral is the best thank you.
Terrible. The shipper that Auto Shipper's chose damaged the car. In spite of assurance of zero-dollar deductible insurance for the transport company, neither the transport company nor Auto Shipper's Express would cover the damage even after admitting that the damage was caused during transport. Horrible customer service and my only recourse is to post this review.
Paul is a "licensed shipping broker". We were quoted a fee just under One hundred dollars. For that, we expected him to handle everything. Paul did nothing but give a lady at Haulbikes.com my email address and phone number. We even had to fill out all the forms ourselves. When we had issues with Haulbikes being late, he did nothing! In fact, he got defensive and rude! When we questioned him about damage to the vehicle, Paul said "you'll have to go through haulbikes insurance carrier". We will NEVER use Paul again! He did nothing for us. We wasted our money paying him. We could've googled haulbikes ourselves.
*UPDATE* Below you will see a bunch of fake emails posted by Paul. Could it not be more obvious, anyone going to this length is GUILTY?? Less time was spent getting Ojay off! Haulbikes DID end up getting the job done for us. As far as Paul, we stand by our review. You can pay Paul for lip service, or go directly to haulbikes.com and save yourself almost $100
