When I had to transport my car home from Florida, I had no idea what I was doing nor did I have any referrals for a company to use so I was really apprehensive. It was by sheer luck that I contacted Auto Shipping TLC. After my first conversation with Jerry, my nerves settled down. He explained the do's and don't and said he would be with me every step of the way and, he did just that. He worked very hard to find a carrier that was within my price range which, at this time, with gas prices escalating, was no small feat. When I'd call with a question and leave a message for him, he was very quick at returning the call. He kept in close contact not only before the carrier was found, but also until they delivered my car.
I couldn't have asked for better service and highly recommend his company. The TLC at the end truly must stand for 'tender loving care'.

If anybody is looking to get there car shipped you should use auto shipping tlc. Jerry is a very nice caring person who helped me along the way to get my car shipped he really treats his customer with respect and the price was great. The transport company he used was great Jr from dnl transport was on time with my vehicle and no damages. He was a very nice guy as well and helpful. He always made sure to call to update on where my vehicle was and very friendly. If i need my car shipped again I will be using these companies.

This was my 2nd time shipping a car from Florida to Northern California. First time using AS-TLC. Jerry was very helpful and responded quickly to any phone messages. Nice and very personable person to do business with.
Would've given 5 stars except there was one small problem. I wish as the "broker", Jerry kept up with the status of my car & the company transporting it. I was not informed that my car would be changing trucks in Southern California and due to a problem with the driver who was scheduled to drive it North, it sat at the company lot for 2 days. Both that company & AutoShippingTLC should've informed me about the situation. I called the original driver for an update, and he figured out where the car was. When I contacted Jerry he did agree the other company did not handle it right and expressed both our disappointment them.

First time to ship a car out of state and I am so glad I called Jerry when all the other auto shipping were a bit vague. He was so nice as to explain the process and then later provided me with a pick up date followed by the contact number to dispatch and the driver.
