Set up shipping and Michael was very happy to set up transport and take my deposit. After that things changed. Was told we would need enclosed trailer and would be more money because one car was torn apart and would not fit on trailer. So we agreed. This is what we got. Damage car. My husband had to work on getting it off truck. Front end bent and damaged. Lied about how it was shipped and prices Does this looked enclosed for 800.00 more? I don't think so. Go somewhere else.

They don't pay their carriers. We hauled a load for this company on March 1 and delivered it on March 2. The broker confirmed that he received the payment for the transportation from customer and he'll pay us via ACH transfer right after we unload the freight.
Now it's been over 40 days, still not paid. They won't answer any calls or emails at all. They just hide.
Don't use this company, they're scammers.

The worse business. Much like others have mentioned, I was quoted a price and paid a deposit but driver did not show on the actual date and had to schedule another driver, They increased the price from 1100 to 1400 dollars and never spoke to me concerning the increase. Spoke with Michael numerous times and was told it wouldn't be problem getting me refunded. Then supposedly his Boss didn't won't to repay me so he was going to be a generous guy and refund me my 300.00, and has never done so to this Date over 3 months later. Only excuses.
Also a lot of strap and tarp damage to my car. Over 1000.00 worth. Cost over 700.00 alone to have pain stripped and re-polish my sons car. Straps rubbed and dug into the bumper and were not repairable by the paint guy. Would have to send to a body guy

I've used him now 5 times.. every time the car was picked up same or next day, and delivered within 2-3 days. UNHEARD OF .. and with very professional, patient, and timely drivers. I'll never use another transport company!

I started talking to Mike mid-December. My car was supposed to be picked up December 30th in Upstate NY and shipped to St. Augustine, Florida. The price was quoted $1000 and I put down $207 as a deposit. I even recommended a friend who also sent in a deposit. Mike seems to be a friendly guy until he's not! My car was not picked up on the date promised. I found another way to get my car down since I still did not have a car one week after I arrived in Florida. Also, I no longer trusted this company because there were too many excuses given as to why my car hadn't been picked up and they were not giving me another date. I was told by Antonio I would be getting a refund but Mike said it wasn't guaranteed since I changed my mind because I found a cheaper transfer. It really is not up to this company to judge how I choose to get my car to Florida. They did not deliver on their services. My friend also cancelled with them because they could not get her to her final destination as promised. We would both like our deposit refunded. I would like to resolve this matter. It would be nice if someone could return my call.

If I can leave a 0 star, I would. Spoke with Micheal and quoted me a price and when the car was delivered , the driver told me I owed more than what was told. Michael was so nice and helpful during the process of scheduling and setting up the price, but after I called and asked about the situation.. he was no where to be found. Makes excuses to not able to pick up my phone calls. This guy is a joke! Do not use this company's service!

Don't use! I was quoted $1100 for an enclosed transport and they asked for for a $150 deposit. They told me on the phone that the $150 deposit would go to the driver and be deducted from the total owed. Well, at drop-off (not pick-up) the driver informed us he never received the deposit and forced the recipients of the vehicle to pay $1100. I never received a contract for this exchange until the recipients of the vehicle demanded one from the driver. There was no mention of the deposit, nor any mention of any exchange of money other than the $1100.

The person who I had been in contact with dropped off the face of the earth at this point. He sent me texts but wouldn't answer his phone. He admitted I was owed a refund in text messages. Later that night this person (Michael) sent himself a phony email and forwarded it to me saying the original quote was $1200. He insisted he had sent me this fake email on September 22nd (my vehicle wasn't even for sale until October 7th). They know they owe me $150 dollars back for the deposit, as promised, and they have gone to great, grimy lengths to hold on to $150.

Michael gave me the info to call his manager who subsequently became unresponsive after saying he would review the recorded phone calls. I have left a message and sent several emails but have received no response because he has nothing to say. I dont want anyone else to get screwed over by these fools. Just don't do it!

Very communicative and helpful with move from VA to IL. Jessica provided great customer service and was always available. She found a company that could pick up my car at a very specific day and time. Unfortunately the company hired to transport my car delivered it scratched on the side from front to rear. Transport company reimbursed me $200. When I brought it up to Auto Transport, I was told I should have gone through insurance and now I am out of luck. Wouldn't the transport company have known this was how it should be handled and not have offered a discount on the damage? I had never had a car transported before. Wish I had read a review like this ahead of time. Lesson learned.
