Sorry they never answer their phone or text messages or emails. I was trying to ship my car out of Flordia they never called me back. They were cheaper but what the use when you can't get service. I had friend that had the same problem with them .

Good communication. Picked up on time and delivered a full day ahead of schedule. But ...
I elected to fully pay at pick up instead of at delivery and the dispatcher told me that I could pay by either cash or check. However, the driver insisted that I pay in cash. Not really a problem for me since I was prepared either way. Just letting everyone else know to be prepared and lock down acceptable payment alternatives so there are no surprises.
Also driver requested that I meet him in nearby parking lots on both pick up and delivery instead of my home addresses. Again, not a huge issue in my situation. I was happy to make it quicker for the driver to get on his way. But others may not be as flexible as I am with last minute changes to the loading and unloading locations.
Bottom line- Even with these two minor inconveniences, I would use them again for sure the next time I need to ship a vehicle!

They got my vintage muscle car from PA or CA safe and sound in such a fast time. Picked it up on Thursday and it was at my door in Los Angeles by the following Tuesday morning. And that was after they found me a driver in only 2 days time. Great work! Competitive prices.
