Customer Reviews
Stay away poor communication from this company won't return calls after waiting a week they show up without a notice ...to bad I already had it shipped out with another company who come picked it up the say stay away from this company unprofessional compay
Mirel at Autos on the Go was great to work with. I vetted a few other companies to get my car moved from Chicago to Dallas, and while there were cheaper options (discrepancy of $75-$150), Mirel was able to put all my fears to rest and keep his word. He has been in business for 14 years and was able to provide me a long list of high profile references (which yes I called and verified because I am the biggest stickler ). Anyway. You'll be in good hands with this company and I can't recommend them enough.
Contracted with them on a Tuesday, called to get update on Wed. no answer, no return call. Texted, emailed and called again. No answer no return call. Have paid over $500 in storage fees becasue they never picked up the car. They wouldn't even answer the phone. Avoid at all cost.
I just had my car shipped from MI to AZ and everything went great! It arrived in four days in perfect condition.
I've used other companies in the past who never showed and left me stranded. I was in constant communication with this company and will use them again.
Thank you!
Never do business with this company. I've shipped my car four times with other companies and am familiar with quirks and delays in the process. Just don't use this company. My car was essentially missing for three weeks and the police and insurance had to get involved.
Here's more detail:
- Gave my car to Autos On The Go (AOTG) in early August. The driver asked to be paid in cash on delivery even though our contract explicitly allowed for other forms of payment.
- Mirel (agent at AOTG) messaged the car would be with me in 5-7 days
- Mirel calls me on a Thursday and says he will call again on Friday to confirm delivery on a Monday. Everything seems fine.
- The call never comes Friday and the car never shows up on Monday.
Now begins a ridiculous section. My car departed on 8/4/18 and arrived over a month later on 9/12/18. I will use bullets to summarize over a month of frustration. The car eventually arrived 5 weeks after I had trusted it to AOTG.
- I incurred well over $1k in costs due to mismessaging from AOTG as to when the car would come. Sound crazy? This includes: several last minute car rentals due to mismessaging from the company, a parking space I had to rent and never used, a full month of lease and insurance payments for a car I never used.
- I was mismessaged and my calls were actively screened. Yes, it's that bad. The driver never even picked up the phone until literally the day of delivery.
- The actual day of delivery was never messaged to me and I had to have a friend from a different city come to my house, take out cash for delivery, and wait at my house for that delivery as I was traveling for work.
- I asked them to fix the problem or make it right with me. They repeatedly promised to do so and said they would call back with a solution. They never did and would then proceed to continue to screen calls.
There's a lot more terrible detail that I will leave out here, but just never use these guys. They don't deserve your business and they will never get mine again.
Avoid at all costs. Horrible communication. Unprofessional.
My car came in one piece but the headache that comes with this "shipping" company is not worth it at all.
I found them through "UShip" and hired them because they had good ratings. These ratings do not come from individual clients, but from the actual trucking companies that he feeds clients to. Total BS to have close to five stars on the app with hundreds of positive ratings.
Mirel is a broker that gets clients, and doesn't have any involvement in actually shipping your car from one place to the other. I've sent him multiples text messages and called him many times about pickup and delivery dates/times only to get no response.
Mirel is a scum bag. Don't ever do business with this crap company.
Really bad communication, hard to get a hold of the owner/manager/possibly only employee. Had my car shipped from Los Angeles to Houston, the company couldn't provide me with an pickup time estimate or contact info for the driver. However the car arrived safely in one piece. I was also misquoted and charged an extra $70, and nothing was done about this.
Took my deposit, told both myself and the storer that a driver would arrive multiple times and we were left stranded. Cannot get ahold of anyone at the organization now despite emails and voicemails. I would not recommend based on their lack of professionalism.
Autos on the go, is nothing more than a nigerian fraud scam, behind a glossy website. They asked for a deposit, sent me a contract and after the deposit in the 1/2 payment ($1150) was made disappeared.
Despite numerous phone calls and emails, there was no response.
if you were defrauded like i was, please contact your local fbi and police so that these individuals can be found and brought for justice.
They also operate under the name of Dynasty Auto Transport
