Was given a quote and signed a contract. Gave me CC # for deposit and thought we were good to go. Then I got a text saying they made a mistake and the price would be close to double what we agreed to. They refused to uphold the signed contract and Max began raising his voice to me over the phone. This is not how business should be ran and I wanted others to be aware.

At last, my deposit has been refunded against all their expectations. Actually, their fake "business" consists of tricking clients and pulling out deposits with no service provided, nor refund. All their comments below show their miserable dreams and hopes to avoid refund without providing service. But these people can't understand this kind of fake "business" can't be successful and once is going to crash. First of all because this is unblessed by God, and they leave unsatisfied so many people that create a negative Karma accumulated over what they have been doing

Really happy with AutoStar, and Valerie, my assigned account manager. She was responsive and helpful (and speaks fluent English). She was able to set me up with an expeditor to help me get all necessary documents to ship the car from PR back to the States (highly recommend this.). Drop off of the car was very easy, and the vehicle arrived safe and sound. Thank you!

I had a golf cart shipped. It was a hassle free transaction. They delivered it from Maryland to Florida . I had zero problems and an enjoyable experience.

Did a great job with timing, communications and delivery. One area that needs improvement is the $100.00 service charge since the vehicle had a blown out wheel and tire. I wouldn't mind but no provisions were made to

accommodate the vehicle, instead the driver required a fork lift for delivery.

In addition the vehicle shoule have been rear loaded to make for an easier egress off the trailer.

No follow up from then after the car was picked up. If yiu czn bill direct with the shipper u will save about 400.00. I consider goin thru these third party companies a rip off

If you value your money, go somewhere else. Noah Salvini has the process of taking your money down. First they start by giving you the lowest quote. Then they tell it to put a deposit down of $250, that they'll get a truck to transport your vehicle in approximately a week. A week passes and the story is that they can't locate a transport for the quoted price and that they may have to increase the estimate by a few hundred. Then another week passes and they are still looking for a truck. Then three weeks later and they are still looking but guaranteed that the estimate is for sure a few hundred more but still no truck. I then cancel after waiting approximately three weeks and want to get my deposit refunded. Noah indicates a refund will be processed. Days go by and no refund. Half a dozen calls, emails, and weeks later and the refund never happens. Keep your money folks, go elsewhere.

Better price than most movers. Be ware of the last-minute price change if the company cannot find a driver. Once a driver is found, it will be a smooth sail.

Promised to pick up the vehicle one the next day with a window of time. they text me after the window and would not get to the vehicle until the next eveing by the earliest, but they would give me an hour notice. Unfortunately, the auto was two hours away. I canceled the transport immediately and found another service but they refused to give a refund.

It has been four months, and Autostar has not provided any compensation. I had to pay for the car repairs out of my own pocket. This is not a reliable company, and I will seek to recover my losses through legal action.

I recently used their services for a round trip vehicle transportation, and the entire process was a complete nightmare.

For the outbound, they couldn't find a driver within the agreed-upon timeframe, causing a delay in the transportation of my vehicle, and I had to proceed with my travel plan without my car. When they finally arranged a driver, they informed me the driver had requested an exorbitant increase in the price, leaving me with no choice but to accept their revised terms due to the sensitive timeline of my travel plan.

The return trip was even worse. Despite giving early notice of the pickup window and confirming the exact date and time three times with them, no carrier has shown up within the agreed date and time. Only to leave me waiting in the middle of the night with no way to reach them, frustrated and confused. As a result, I had to extend my accommodation and change my flight arrangements, causing even more frustration. Upon the day that I was supposed to fly back home according to my original plan, a driver finally arrived and picked up my car with one condition of a $200 extra fee due to the luggage I planned to ship with my car, but AutoStar failed to inform the driver.

Overall, I strongly advise against using them for any vehicle transportation needs. This entire ordeal has caused immense frustration, emotional distress, unnecessary financial burdens, and a huge waste of time. AutoStar Transport Express LLC has proven to be unprofessional, unreliable, and incapable of providing satisfactory service. Their incompetence, delays, and disregard for customer satisfaction have earned them my 1-star review. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable and reliable car transportation broker that values its customers.

Worst experience ever!! Sean Hancock dispatched my car to a Fake pickup date, I called the dispatched carrier and driver told me he won't be able to pick the car! Sean was aware of that and did nothing rather than keeping that Fake dispatch date!! Because of that Fake dispatch date which supposed to be on 6/28, they kept the entire deposit. Although the 5 business day was passed, I waited 2 more days, but NOTHING happened!
They are not responsible at all. It was hard to find and talk to Sean on the phone!! I left him many voice mails and he got back to me rarely!!
One more thing, operation hours from Mon- Friday in their website is from 10 a.m-8 p.m EST, but I've never been able to find Sean after 5:15 p.m EST in his office.
Don't waste your time and money with them.

The issuance refused to take action even if the damage was reported right away to you from the start. I don't know why would I trust your company anymore since your agent told me there is nothing you could do in this situation. He did not even try to negotiate with the carrier company again.

Marie Cortelezzi with Autostar Transport Express refused to reimburse after she conveyed 3 days on a pickup. Then went to 5 days to find a truck, then went to 5 "business days" so had extra time to find over weekend. She was horrible to deal with. Would never use company again. Wanted to keep my $195 deposit, was forced to return on day 9. Other companies work with you, as they know the stress in moving. The lower cost companies are Legit and better to work with. She conveyed they are fake only to gain my business.

I used AutoStar to transport my Honda Civic from Pittsburgh to Las Vegas. I was matched with a transport carrier in 2 days, the car was picked up on Saturday at 6pm and delivered to Las Vegas Monday at 6pm. Overall turnaround time was very quick, and the driver I was connected with always kept me updated in regards to time of delivery. Would use them again in the future.

Oh my god, do not trust this scam. All the positive reviews you see were bought. This is a textbook scam and I'm not ashamed to share my experience. This company and their agent (Eduardo Troconis) will lure you in with low estimates, and great promises (everything is all insured, we take different destinations, and group discounts...) just so that you'll put down a deposit. Once the deposit's made, they may or may not find a driver. Only on the day of the delivery, they'll tell you that they may not find a carrier. Now, I have to beg them to pick up my cars. The agent will then ask you to pay more to "secure" a truck. Now, I'm switching to another broker. They won't refund the thousands of dollars I put down for the deposit.

If you use this company, you must never read the BBB complaints filed against them. They've been running this scam for years now. I can't believe I fell this myself but unfortunately, businesses like this do exist and they need to be eliminated.

The driver took my car to drive and broke my fender, which is not acceptable as a professional towing company. I did not hear anything back yet regarding the claim and no one was trying to push the process, which is quite disappointing. The driver has put 100 miles on my car and changed my media settings.

This shipping company took my deposit for shipping a car I purchased out of state, but they didn't provide any service. I have cancelled my order but they didn't make any refund. I strongly discourage from using their services.

I had my car shipped from Chicago to Arizona. The quote was less than other companies which I was little worried at first especially after one company told me that was a low price. The driver who picked up my car was very friendly and he confirmed all the information with me upon picking up and dropping off. I don't remember his name but he lives in Blue Island and his daughter just moved to AZ as well. My car arrived when they said it would and I would highly recommend.

AutoStar Transport Express made moving my vehicle from the Pacific Northwest to the Caribbean extremely quick and easy! All I had to do was turn in the car and relax. The vehicle arrived faster than I expected it to and in perfect condition. I would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of transporting their car.

Well, they did get both cars at the requested location..... though contracted to be transported together , they were picked up and delivered three weeks apart. Prices were changed after contracted and communication was horrible

I had used them before with no issues but since Diego left and was replaced with Sofia, the service is less than satisfactory.

Last transport we used a different company that charged much more upfront but at least we knew the true cost

Best of all to be told by the driver the nasty things Tatiana said convinced me to go back to the other transport company

Update 25NOV2015

We were able to get the truck picked up in a different state than originally planned. It was also picked up on day 10 of the truck being available... Just so happens to be the last day on the contract.
I will say George did stay in contact with us through the entire process.
I hope to never need to go through this process again, even though I fully understand the entire process now.

The management reached out and issued me a partial refund. Were able to resolve after discussing misunderstanding
