Thieves. One year after ripping me off for $1500 they have the balls to send me an email stating that as a previous customer their offering me a $50 discount on my next transport. I tried to report them to my local police dept, the Houston ,TX police dept. and the FBI. No luck. One day I will go to Houston.

today is 11/11/21 and autovocity transport still has not returned our $1,345, which they confirmed they owed us when we cancelled with them on 09/10/21.

they refuse to speak to us, all they will do is sent us to their "billing dept.", which is basically their voice mail, which they do not answer.

this company is a scam! and i truly believe "hudson d." that left a 4 start review on 09/24/21 is a fake. its probably once of the men's wives because that is the only good review they have for the entire 2021 year!!!!

Don't book with this company. They will scam you! They assured me they would pick up my vehicle within the 5 day window, which they didn't. I gave them an extra 2 weeks and still nothing. I cancelled my booking and even after receiving email confirmation for a full refund for failure to provide the service, they still have not provided a refund and no one has replied to my emails and phone calls. I would never recommend this company!

Just like the other lady said, this company won't return customer's call, acting like criminals.
I had to cancel my transport plan. They're not returning my $880 balance( $1075- cancelling penalty.
I'm not sure if I can charge these guys in my state since they're in another state

My worst nightmare. Hired this terrible firm and paid the full shipping fee up front. When it was time to pick up my auto they indicated that they were having problems and transportation would be arranged "ASAP". After two weeks of calls I sent an email to them expressing my anger which was responded to with a notice that my cancelation was being processed and I would receive a refund in 8 to 10 days. Well thank you!!!
Had to search out another transport company, pay 50 percent more to ship my car home and hope that the refund is issued.

After being assured they would have no trouble taking my daughter's Audi Q5 from Porter Ranch, CA to Raleigh, NC, AutoVocity quickly charged my credit card for the full amount. Two weeks into the process they informed me they could not move my vehicle for the quoted amount and that I could cancel my order. I canceled my order on May 22. Fast forward to today, having not received my refund I called AutoVocity. Once I reached the call center I was placed on hold. Person came back and said they would transfer me to Claudia. I got Claudia's voice mail. Has AutoVocity ever heard of a warm transfer and not transferring a customer to a voice mail box??? Still waiting for my REFUND!! Would have given ZERO stars if I could.

They just transported a car across the country for me and did an excellent job. I was most impressed with how available they were for updates.
