I came all the way from Seattle to Orange County to buy a car and I didn't want to drive back to Seattle since it was such a long and exhausted trip.

I contacted AutoZipper to solve my issue and met Michelle. She was really nice and gave me a huge effort to get my car delivered from CA to WA.

The paper works was pretty fast, and at the end, my car has came to Seattle, safe and sound, no scratch.

I am really pleased with AutoZipper's service.

Thanks!

I don't normally write reviews, but Michelle at AutoZipper earned it. I contacted them without any knowledge or experience of transporting cars and with a relatively short window of time to arrange transport, and Michelle helped me through the entire process from start to finish.

I was seeking something reliable, honest and reasonably priced (I believe you get what you pay for), and Michelle provided all of the above and more. There was no pushiness, over-promising or annoying follow-up calls, voicemails or emails. And throughout the entire process, she was easy-to-reach.

This alone warrants a great review, but without going into too much detail, we were dealt a small complication upon delivery that others would've ignored or brushed off, but Michelle truly went above-and-beyond to see the problem through, despite it lasting weeks after.

And with that, AutoZipper has earned a permanent customer. Thanks again Michelle.

Another 5 star review for Brian, what a shocker! Brian and Auto Zipper were recommended to me by Echo Park Long Beach when I asked if they had any recommendations for shipping a vehicle from the other side of the US. I'm glad they recommended Brian, he came in absolutely clutch. From day 1 he was easy to get a hold of and kept in constant contact with small check ins once my vehicle was shipped.

What's even better is the seller of the vehicle I purchased even commented on how professional the driver who picked the truck up was. Commenting that he even noticed a dent which was repaired by a PDR guy but could tell that the reflection of lines didn't perfectly match up and pointed it out. A true professional!

I received my vehicle ahead of schedule, without absolutely no issues on a 2,000 mile trip across the US on an open top truck. I can't recommend Brian enough and I'll be back soon to ship a motorcycle from my dads house in Georgia.

We recently contacted Brian and the AutoZipper team to ship our car across the country from CA to NJ. From the very beginning, Brian made it clear that we were valued customers and not just "another car on the truck". Other larger auto shipping companies spammed us with emails and calls about why they're the best, but never actually took the time to understand our situation or get into the details of our case. "The big guys" weren't even able to answer any of our questions because they didn't know which transporter would be picking up our car. Brian and AutoZipper works with just a few select drivers and knows them personally, so all of my many questions were answered quickly. The drivers for both pickup and delivery were very friendly, thorough, and treated the car with care.

The price was reasonable, the service was excellent, and the delivery was quick. What more could you want in a car shipper?

i was hoping to use auto zipper services seeing that they have 5 stars but now sure how they live up to that. I have been trying to get a hold of someone from auto zipper for over a week.

Hi Brian, I called the number directly from Yelp. You did respond to my first call about a day or two later. You were very pleasant over the phone and nice to speak to. The rest of my experience wasn't the same.
You mentioned that Michelle would contact me before the business day ended. I did not hear from her. I called back a few times different days to both extensions.

So much for a two hour response on a quote. I reached out two days ago and they haven't even bothered to reply. The message has been "seen" as well.

If this is their response when they are trying to obtain your business, I can only imagine what the response rates are after they've locked you in.

I am writing this review as my second vehicle is being delivered late to me today. Days later than promised and several hours later than promised on day of delivery.

I REALLY wanted to like this place.Seriously. So let me explain...

Before committing to AutoZipper I had also gotten a quote from Autoline Transport. I needed 2 cars to be shipped from California to Maryland. Autozipper quoted me $950/car while Autoline quoted me $925 (they gave me a discount for shipping 2 cars). Both companies said it would take 7-10 days to move cross country. OK cool, sounds about right. I ultimately went with Autoline despite the higher overall cost because Brian just seemed like such a good guy, which I'm sure he really is. But this has nothing to do with him. It was basically Murphy's Law - anything that can go wrong, will go wrong type of situation.

So, we needed the first vehicle to go out first since my husband was going out there a week and a half before me. I tell them the exact day I needed the vehicle to be delivered and they said no problem. They scheduled the car to be picked up and off it went. 4 or 5 days later they call me to tell me that it was ready to be delivered (in Maryland). HOLY COW that's fast! But WAIT, there's a problem - it's there ONE WEEK TOO EARLY!!!!!! My husband was still at training at some other state and I was still in California! PROBLEM! They said they will have to deliver the car or else it's going back to California. OH CRAP, I don't want that. So I call the leasing agent at our new apt in Maryland and asked if he could receive the car for us. Thank goodness he said yes. But I had to write him an authorization letter and pull a bunch of strings because he and the leasing company wasn't about to be liable for any mishaps. Sure, it wasn't THAT bad but it was a little inconvenient and troublesome.

A week and a half later, I needed my car to be shipped out. So they gave me the day I wanted the car to be picked up and off it went. It got picked up on Thursday morning (August 4th) and here I am waiting for my car to be delivered to me 12 days later (Augst 12th). They told me the driver will be here between 8am-10am. It is currently 12pm. First of all, it's taken more than 10 days for delivery BUT the truck carrying the vehicles broke down in Oklahoma on Friday so it's understandable. There's really nothing you can do about that, it just sucks! What about my 8-10am delivery??? Luckily, I am currently working from home but can you imagine the trouble and the pain I would have gone through if I commuted to work? I would have had to take the day off today and wait for my car to come hours late. Not cool.

To be fair, some of they kinks were out of anyone's control and just bad luck. But come on, I honestly didn't have the most pleasant experience. Major disappointment - such a shame.

PS Brian's a good guy.
