2 months to deliver (reloaded from truck to warehouse to truck then to another truck).
4 drawer double-wide file cabinet dropped off of truck to blacktop.
4 boxes of clothing/shoes/boots missing.
Wood conference table with folding legs missing.
Plywood base for my twin bed missing.
This company will not deal with you directly for claims. They direct you to a claims website (not theirs). That site has been non-functional for 3 straight days. I'm out more than $1,000 that I'll never see.
Original sales person gave me invalid info. Dispatch and customer service talk up a great show on the phone, but have actually been not helpful in reality.
I've had several long distance moves for career reasons, and this one has been terrible. I absolutely recommend against them, at least for long distance moves. It's been terrible!
