total thief and scam artist! he communicates with you until you pay him the $200 deposit. once he takes that from you, you never hear from him again! would have given the zero a zero star rating but had to put 1 star to post this review.

No stars the man is a loser and a thief just like it says above .
I did not look at the the reviews sent him a deposit he took it never picked up vehicle and will not answer the phone . I reported him to the better business bureau he wont respond to them either . and they wont do anything but he has no rating with them . The reason he got a star it would not enter without one .

This company is a SCAM. They will take your money $200 and will tell you that the dispatcher will be in contact with you. I have schedule a pickup if my SUV and now JP is not only is he not returning my phone calls, the company is not responding to emails either. I am a service member in the United States of America and I do not want anyone else to get robbed from this company best direct shipping. Futher investigating the company I saw that someone else was in the same or similar situation with the same outcome. I plan on reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau bureau also known as the BBB. I am out of $200 but I pray that people see thus message before they go to this company. Once again Best Direct Shipping is a SCAM. If anyone will like a copy of the email please let me know.

I've chosen this company, Best Direct Shipping because they have the lowest quote I've received and when I called them it was the only company that answered my call (on a week end after 5;00pm).

But the service ended there. After collecting $195.00 they never did the transport service. I've called Jim Powers, the 'Transport Specialist' at (516) 308-4301 four (4) times on different days and never answered the phone.

For $195.00, I think that's not going to make any business grow or make the owner rich.

I called Road Runner and my SUV was transported in six (6) days, from Falls Church, Va to Los Angeles, Ca.

Just for you thinking of employing Best Direct Shipping, DON'T!!!! They'll just take your money. NOT A TRANSPORT COMPANY TO TRUST OR RELY ON.

They say call customer service, but no answer after 20 times calling and 20 some emails. Obviously they have my number blocked since they ripped me off! Criminals! SCAM BUSINESS!!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!! I unfortunately had to give them one star but deserves NONE! Don't not use them unless you want to give away money and get nothing in return! Make sure you let your credit card/bank know this is a fraudulent charge and file a police report for this so called company. Y'all finally suckered the wrong one. I'll make sure to drop the hammer on this scam of yours.

Best Direct Shipping were courteous and timely getting my vehicle picked up. However, they contracted West Coast Auto to move my car and it arrived 3 days late and covered in oil that apparently leaked from a car above it on the truck. The driver barely gave me a sorry that my car had arrived covered in oil and late. Best Direct isn't a bad company, but the people they do business with leave much to be desired.

We decided to ship our vehicle from NY to CA and decided to use Best Direct Shipping and boy I'm sure glad we did. There staff was very friendly and explained exactly how the process went. We were notified before pick up & delivery like we were told and the vehicle even was delivered 1 day earlier which was great so we didn't even have to get a rent a car. I would absolutely recommend them to the world if I could not only for there service but for having the best prices in the industry!
