Truckit365 owes me $2585 as of April 22 2023 as I had to pay their driver to return my stolen RV for Truckit365 non payment to driver at time of drop off. RV owner hired and paid $3900 in full for all inclusive delivery, Truckit365 failed to pay driver at time of drop off , driver returned and stole my RV and refused to return the RV unless he was paid in full by 5pm April 22 2023. The RV owner was forced to pay Truckit365 driver $2585 by credit card for the return of his RV. Mitchell Truckit365 owner was kept fully informed as events unfolded but did nothing to pay his driver by credit card as I was forced to. Mitchell promised a full refund of $2585 back to my credit card within 72 hours to cover his costs for their driver. I have made several requests by email text and phone was promised payment back to my credit card and requested the transaction number visa issues to confirm refund since no refund had posted or was pending, that was 3 weeks ago since then Truckit365 has stopped communicating and has made no attempt to pay anything, turning a simple transaction of returning money that does not belong to him into a complicated fiasco that is snowballing into a complicated situation that will both cost him financially and damage to his reputation as to be trusted with any business dealings.. Truckit365 is clearly engaged in a Financial Fraud by deception against a senior consumer using an Arizona business license to engage in this scheme.

We used Truck it 365 for our new boat and trailer transport from Oregon to California. The boat dealer recommended their services.

Mitchell and Dawn worked with the dealer during a snow storm that not only hampered driving but also closed a lot of local businesses.

Our boat was delivered to our doorstep promptly. The whole process was great from the first contact with Mitchell and Dawn to the delivery. Would definitely recommend their services!

Arguably the WORST logistics manager on the face of the earth.

All started out great with Mitch being an excellent and professional communicator as well as having a VERY aggressive price. I had a trailer custom built and the trailer company is actually the one that recommended TruckIt365 (Mitchs' company).

Initially, I told Mitch that he could use my trailer to help carry other shipments (ones that were already 'booked') on his route to my place. He picked the trailer up on 4/7 and was to deliver on 4/9. Mitch was supposed to provide photos immediately upon pick up (via text) before leaving the yard. I texted Mitch asking how things went and letting him know I am flexible for drop off times. He then asked if he could drop off Wednesday 4/12, i said that was fine. Monday, 4/10 I get a text saying there was a delay and asked to move the delivery date to the weekend, reluctantly I agreed and said it was important for me to receive it either Friday or Saturday because Sunday was Easter Sunday, at which point I requested instead of Sunday evening could we do the drop off Monday 4/17 early AM. Mitch agreed and I blocked off my morning schedule to accommodate that, no further communication until 4/14 (Friday before drop off) where I had left voicemail and requesting an update. The text stated he was over booked and headed to Mass. I tried calling several times and no response.

SO at this point I am expecting my trailer Monday morning. On Easter Sunday I get a text saying the delivery before mine cannot be accepted until Tuesday 4/18 (pick up in NY), which means my trailer won't be on its wait until at least late Wednesday night 4/19.

At this point 12 days has gone by since my trailer has picked up, communication is degrading and my trust in this man to deliver my trailer has gone completely out the window. I reach out to the trailer company that recommended him and that I paid for the freight and they are BLOWN away... They have never had an issue with him, but they started using TruckIt365 because he was local and reasonably priced. On Monday 4/17 our texts go from iMessages to traditional (non iMessages). I start to worry this man ripped me and my trailer folks off!!! All my calls are going straight to VM and he is not answering my calls... I informed the trailer company, they make contact and inform me he is not only still alive, but he has made 3 recent deliveries for them between GA and Mass and GA and NY since the previous Thursday!!!! You know, when he was supposed to be on the road with my trailer. But in their communication he promised the trailer company he would deliver my trailer by Thursday 4/20 at the absolute latest

Here comes 4/19 a txt at 1am, that he is dropping off a trailer in NY and headed to pick mine up, asking yet again to change teh delivery date from 4/20 to 4/21 (AGAIN!!!!!!!!) and NO responses to text messages after.. At this point I tell him I will report the trailer as stolen if he does not respond within the hr. I get a prompt response and phone call. "i know you are upset, blah blah blah"... So he commits to a Friday evening delivery.

At some point Thursday 4/20 I called to ask where they were and the response I got was "headed north".. I ask where, very sketchy and vaugely he says "Tennessee" Having been raised in Kentucky with MANY friends and family in TN I know he should be atleast 13hrs out (KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THURSDAY AFTERNOON) so I am optimistic my delivery will infact arrive on Friday.

(4/20) Thursday night at 9pm CST, i text asking for another update as I have not heard from him on their ETA or status. He informs me they STILL have to get the trailer for their 'Warehouse' and will be leaving Friday morning at 6:45am ( its a 19hr one way drive). With the rules and regulations on how long one can drive commercially, that trip just got broken up into two different stints, one at 12hrs then required rest and the remaining 7. That puts us to mid day Saturday at this point. At this point I ask when the delivery would be, he indicated still Friday night ( not possible) he states he will "look over" FMCSA regulations in order to get it to me. I express for the safety of him and my trailer, I would prefer if he stopped and just got here safely with my trailer. So instead of pushing to get here Friday evening at 1030 (which i expressed i wasn't comfortable accepting the trailer at that hour) I asked for a 7am Saturday Delivery, he agreed.

By this time I called the trailer dealership to let them know we are making headway and if it wasn't for their awesome customer service and taking it one step further I don't know I would have ever gotten a response from Mitch. I end up talking with the owner of the company as the sales rep I normally dealt with wasn't in the office. He blows a darn gasket once he found out I still haven't received my trailer.

Long story here I know, finally received my trailer on 4/23 mid morning. TOO MANY LIES!!!!

Do no recommend! Bad experience from start to end! Be sure to check your car before signing anything, I would even recommend washing it (even if it snowing or raining) cause they WONT fix any damages that you may have missed! Customer service was TERRIBLE! Don't even try speaking to the owner! James disrespectful, rude and he either won't answer for 3weeks then hang up on you! Highly recommended looking else where when shipping your car!
