What a pro! Jay answers phone calls shockingly quick. He's an open book and very informative about how his business operates. He made it make sense. Pricing is no problem. And the most important thing is I got a car from AZ to Chicago in a couple days with zero confusion, zero problems, zero concerns and all while having a great attitude while performing what seems like a stressful job. His experience really shows. Thanks Jay.

Where do I start with this company? The owner of this company is a nasty racist and very unprofessional. You can tell this by his voicemail. I had a driver call about a load that was posted on Central dispatch. My driver called the day before Memorial Day. The hours of the company say 10 AM to 9 PM 7 days a week no matter the time zone. Even though it was a holiday weekend, my driver called to see if the company was open. The owner answered the phone and cursed my driver out. He called him every racist word you can think of, all because the driver called while the business was closed. The owner didn't have to answer the phone outside of business hours. He could have politely answered and let the driver know that they were closed. For him to use words like grease monkey, the N-word, and to say that he keeps a plastic bag to put over the heads of people like my driver so they all can die, is completely unacceptable. I see that Jay responds to every negative review and blames the reviewer for His unprofessionalism. But I want him to call me a liar. I have two recordings as well as text messages to prove everything I'm saying is 100% true. Even when we let him know that he was being recorded he called back to continue on his racist rant. He is despicable and this man does not deserve to be in business. I will be posting the recordings. I will contact the Better Business Bureau. I will contact administration at Central dispatch. I have also been in touch with a lawyer to file a lawsuit for unlawful discrimination. Despite what Jay may think, discrimination and racism will not be tolerated in 2022.

Had a great experience with tru auto. The owner Kim was amazing. She was able to get my vw bug picked up and delivered safely and fast. The driver was awesome as well. I highly recommend using this company .

No good. She talks good but when they damage your car she takes no responsibility and is no help

This transport company is not to be trusted. I used them and they were not honest about the charges. The owner Jaycee is a slime ball. Rude and condescending. I hope the feds come in and investigate these clowns for tax evasion. Trust me go elsewhere for your shipping needs

Was a pleasure to work with this broker. Almost forgot about him. They pushed me to delete the review when I worked with them. Just don't want for someone else to have this experience. Thanks Jay Moron. Best regards

If you are someone that values time and value yourself
Stay away from this transportation company. I'm sorry to say but I trusted KIM for how she introduces her self on the company profile as the owner but she is completely the opposite of who she states on her personal profile.

She took my deposit for a service that she agreed to provide by contracting another company for the pickup date. But the service never happened and I lost my money and the actual date the car was supposed to be delivered. And now it will be delayed to her negligence and her company that she hired.

Do yourself a favor and learn from my inconvenience that she created for me and cut out the middle man in this case woman and don't use her services because you will loose your target date and your money.

And in my case the money wasn't really the issue it's the inconvenience and the date the car was supposed to be delivered and now everything has to change and cost me more in changing routs and my plans.

You get what you pay for but unfortunately they took my money and cost me more money and I ended up with nothing but bunch of excuse and horrible customer service. So sad that she can't even answer her phone she reply with text messages.

And she is not going to even refund me because I'm the one canceling service when in all reality the truck never even made it because "it was broken down" and rescheduled couple times.

Way more companies and even better companies to use. Cut out the middle person. Use a broker that will take your money and provide you great service and appreciate you as a client not a broker that will waist your time.

By her action and her unprofessionalism I lost few thousand dollars and worst than money my time.

I will post this on every site that I possibly can so people can learn from my mistake in trusting people.

And the best part Of this whole thing Is i was a returning customer that she treated like crap. Maybe she has lost interest in her own business.

Horrible service. Gets angry quick if you ask questions about your transport. I truly wanted to use him but the quote he gave me over email didn't match when I called him. The quote went up $300. He said it's market conditions effecting it.

Jay is a very knowledgeable guy and he did a great job setting me up with a transporter to move my cars from Irving to Los Angeles. I am taking off two stars from this review because Jay was referred to me by a not very good moving company "Old Country Van Lines" and the only reason I used Old Country for my move was because Jay said they were dependable. Old Country lost my TV and they couldn't care less. Give your business to Jay but avoid Old Country Van Lines like the plague.

Look no farther than Kim at Tru Auto Transport! Kim came highly recommended to me by a couple of people. I called several other companies and she was by far the best to work with.

I shipped a car from CA to NC. My daughter, a college student, was the recipient on the other end, and she had a very challenging schedule to work with. Kim went out of her way to work with us so that the arrival would work out with my daughter's schedule. The car was delivered on time, and the communication with the driver was great.

The guys who picked up the car and the driver who delivered it were very nice and very professional. I highly recommend using Tru Auto Transport!
