I have used Glen twice to move vehicles from New Hampshire to Florida. The first move was a dump truck, a Kubota and a car. The driver was very nice and was OK that nobody would be at the destination. He unloaded them and put them in the yard. The second trip about a week ago was my Granddaughter's Trailblazer. I Called Glen, since he had done an excellent job on the first delivery. He said how soon to you want to move it. I told him asap. He called me right back and had it picked up that night. The driver from Royal Transport was very nice. His name was Roger. My Granddaughter was alone for the delivery and it was going to be late. He was very understanding and delivered it to her door. For us both driver's and Glen did an excellent job. Glen is a broker who find the driver and he only deals with good people.

Wonderful job absolutely perfect arrived in perfect condition on time I wish all company's were this professional lowest price also can't say enough how professional this company is Call them you will not be sorry!!!

I gave a premature review earlier (before actually receiving my vehicle) about the first vehicle that I had shipped from Michigan to Florida, After the vehicle actually arrived 2 days after the original given time, I almost didn't recognize it due to it being covered in noticed that there was a black soot covering it and tar like fluid on the rear window, hood and trunk of my white vehicle. I was able to get the car detailed and started to schedule my 2nd vehicle to send to my son in Los Angeles on Nov 5th, Glen immediately sent me the PayPal link and I paid a higher rate (even though he promised me an adjustment on a second shipment). Approximately 2 days later (Nov 1st) I notified Glen that the second vehicle shipment was not needed and later requested my $180 payment back that day. Glen called and started into telling me about him having to pay his mother for booking 2 trucks for a vehicle that never moved from my driveway, *Owner did try to give me credit on a service that I would never use again. I discontinued the call out of respect because at this point I am now getting the real undertaking of the company. I have managed businesses and believe in ethics when conducting business and this was truly a derogatory experience. I will not use or recommend this company again. Forgive me if you used them based on my recommendation. Lesson learned the only good thing about my experience was finally receiving my vehicle.
