Love this company! They transported my car from idaho to tennessee on their quotes times and at a set price. Their driver was so nice and on time, kept in contact with me throughout the delivery. My car showed up on great condition. True professionals. I'm thoroughly impressed and thankful for this company. Other companies wouldnt guarantee a driver for this route. Coast to coast not only guaranteed the route but also had a backup plan if the long haul driver was unable to make it in time. As I said, I'm thankful for them and they are so easy to work with and professionals.

Coast to Coast Transportation does a great job! Hired to transport our RV
from Florida to New Hampshire, very smooth process! Excellent Customer Service! Cost is competitive. I have hired
other companies, Coast to Coast is head and shoulders above other transport companies.

Found them through a Google search for car transport. Was contacted by a rep, who quoted me a good price to move my wife's Toyota Corolla from Atlanta to Iowa City. Arranged for pickup from Atlanta on a Saturday. Waited at the house all day Saturday and Sunday. Called rep Monday, was told that he would research with Dispatch and find out what happened to my order and would call back. Tuesday, I had to call the rep, was told that "Central Dispatch says you booked another company," which is straight-out untrue. I told the rep as much and he said he'd check back with Central Dispatch and call me right back. He did, then told me that they were trying to find a driver to pick up my vehicle and that he'd call me back around 2pm to 3pm. A few minutes before 5pm, I called him back and he told me they were still trying to find a driver for my vehicle. I informed him that he had until 10AM Eastern time Wednesday to call me back, one way or the other, and that I also have an unpredictable work schedule, which is why I asked for it to be picked up on Saturday to begin with. I let him know that if he did not call me by 10 AM one way or the other, I would go with another company. Poor customer service, poor communications, seemingly dishonest employees (claims that I went with another company). Going with another company, as I don't trust them at all.

I tried using this company to transport my vehicle from Oregon to California. On the advice of their rep I was sure that my vehicle would be picked up. I flew to OR to load the vehicle... nothing. I called company and just got voicemails. When I finally got a hold of someone they put me through to another rep that would "help me out". Just voicemails. It cost me flight tickets, hotel bills and my time, and still my vehicle is in OR. I will not use them again, ever. Customer service is terrible.

Updating my review again as owner still has not helped to resolve issues, more than 6 months after transport/damage. Not sure if my original review still shows here, but long story short, this company as dispatcher hired a guy who had no current insurance, to transport our vehicle across the country. Driver then proceeded to DRIVE our vehicle 2,800 miles instead of transporting it on a truck as agreed. When we discovered this, damage caused by this unauthorized drive was estimated at $10,000. We also would like our $2400 for transport back on top of that, plus some other odds and ends like depreciation of vehicle. The driver was hired by Coast to Coast has been completely non responsive and apparently speaks no English (oh and also a quick Google search of his company name shows prior issues with drunk driving and incompetence, so why they hired him I do not know!)... Owner Paul of Coast to Coast keeps telling me he "wants to help" and "filed a claim" with the company that checks insurance for him, but has not done anything to pay for the damage or refund our money. Also, Coast to Coast ONLY has insurance coverage for vehicles transported on their own trucks... so DO NOT let them farm out your business to another driver unless you see that driver's certificate of liability insurance, and personally call their insurance company to make sure their coverage is still current / any grace period will not end until well after your transport jobs is done!!

This place is the worst. They said my car would be here in 3 days...its 9 days later and $600 in rental car fees due to having to extend the turn in date. We got to them through Alliance movers (shady and horrible also). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Please do not use this company. When you are going to transport a vehicle do not use a company that requires a down payment there is a reason they require because they know they are no good and want you to be stuck with them. I overpaid on the deposit and requested cancellation, they have yet to refund me my overpayment. No response to emails, at first they are responsive before they receive your deposit after that their whole story changes, price changes, and ect., Go somewhere else

Cheated by Tony! Beware of this company
Had to transport my car from Illinois to Colorado,
Got a quote of 800 from Tony ,paid 100 in advance
, the driver didnt arrive on promised date , was late by a day but when he did, asked me to pay 750 instead of 700, he arrived when the office was closed, I had no other option than to pay the $50 extra ,.next day Ive called and texted Tony for days now and he never responded to any calls or txts, its not about $50 but its about integrity and honesty,
Unprofessional company! 0 stars! Never use it again!

This company is shady! I asked several times if they own their own company or if the are a broker!
The guy I talked to said yes, I own company. But he raised the rate 75 dollars over the quote because the transporter wanted it! Shouldn't he be in charge of the rates cuz he is the owner?
JSP expediters transported our truck from California to Arizona, they did a great job! I will be giving them a great review
Coast to coast are liars and a very shady company!!

Do not use Coast to Coast. They damaged my front grill and denied the claim, stating " there is no way they could have cracked it." When they picked up the car they indicated scratches and pitting. Their form has an abbreviation for cracked which is CR. The driver noted the damage on the form upon arrival not when picked up!
They certainly took advantage

I had a worker of mine hire these guys to live a vehicle for a production shoot we were going to do. We had paid for the vehicle and needed it moved down in a timely manner and these guys said they could do it. They sent us an email confirmation and then we never heard back from them. Given the holiday weekend we figured we wouldn't. But after trying to contact them on the phone over and over again we started to worry. Finally got thru only to be greeted by the co owner and wife of the owner in the most rude and disrespectful way possible. She was yelling how they couldn't get a hold of us, well as it turns they're employee wrote down the wrong phone number. After speaking to the owner who at first seemed like a level headed guy, but then turned out to be just as idiotic and rude as his wife, we tried to figure out why this happened and what could have been done to fix it. Turns out their driver picked up the vehicle and it had a small leak, the driver said it could be a "turn of a screwdriver" fix and it would be done, apparently the owner wouldn't have that and held my vehicle hostage for $250. So they don't inspect the vehicles they pick up, then if something is wrong they won't deliver it and expect someone else to fix their fuck up. I said they could have emailed us or gotten my number from the person they got the vehicle from, but they just kept insisting that it was the customers fault that the number was wrong. So now I'm out about $6k on this vehicle that I bought and now don't have. I'm thinking of reporting it stolen and calling my lawyer because these guys took it and won't deliver. It's very upsetting that a "reputable" biz will treat paying customers like this. But karma will come back to them hard. It always does.
So don't use this company for transportation of anything. They will pretty much steal your vehicle, blame you for their faults and treat you like shit. Just look at they're other reviews. It's starting to show.
Bad form coast to coast, more like "scam to scam"

Who makes mistakes and then blames the customers?! COAST TO COAST that's who! I hired this company on 6/20 to move a truck for me out of state. Got my email confirmation and They picked it up & it was set for delivery between 6/30-7/1 and then I never heard back. I tried calling on 6/30 to find out my truck "supposedly" had a leak and they wouldn't deliver it but the girl wasn't sure why i wasn't contacted. She told me I Would be contacted by the owners on 7/5. Never heard back. I have recorded dates of when I kept calling and leaving voicemails on 7/5, 7/6, twice on 7/7 and finally got thru on 7/11, and was transferred to talk to the co-owner Kenda Deere, right away she was extremely rude and very inconsiderate saying I needed to call the women I purchased my truck from. I kept asking what number they were calling to reach me, after asking 5 times, finally she said the number they were trying to call me at and turns out they wrote my number down wrong. After that her tone changed when she realized it was a huge mistake on their part and had the owner Ben Deere call me back. Ben said the same thing his wife did that they even tried emailing me and got returned emails. Funny because they had my email correct as I have the email confirmation with details about my shipment from their employee Kim Simmons. Also they could have gotten my correct number from the person they picked up the truck from, as well as another shipper who is now trying to clean up this company's mess and make it right. They had 3 ways to contact me after their mistake of taking down a wrong number, well they didn't! Instead they were extremely rude to me (the paying customer who has done everything right), they won't deliver the vehicle, and were not offering any way to remedy the situation. Instead wanted my vehicle gone from their yard in another state and wanted $250 for picking up the vehicle. They want money for screwing up and screwing over customers!! What company does that? Apparently the driver offered to "fix" the truck to get it out of there and the owners told him not to. So now you have a company that makes unverified claims that vehicle are not in transporting condition AFTER picking it up and holding them ransom from customers. And in the confirmation email there is no fine print as to what happens in that situation if a vehicle has a "leak" or anything else. I guess that's how this company get away with crimes like this. I went with these guys because they could deliver before the 4th of July, after that it would be too late to receive the truck as I had to move. So now I'm out the money I paid for the truck as well as money costs and funds this truck was to make and return. I'm out Upwards of $6000 and this company, after all this, writing down my wrong information, claiming email attempts even with a correct address, extremely rude, insulting, inconsiderate behavior towards paying customers, are demanding money for doing 10% of the job and not seeing it thru.
I have dealt with some very shady transport company's before, people who literally can't count money and don't know how their truck functions, which is fine as long as the vehicle is delivered, but after the experience of this dog & pony show of a transport company, these guys seriously take the win for worst business ethics ever!!! I was told by the owner not to contact them anymore because they obviously can't admit to any faults on they're behalf and they hung up on me when I told them they shouldn't be collecting money and holding the truck like they were since after all the mistakes had been made on their part, & they cannot own up to it, make it right or even do what morally correct.
I'm currently getting legal advise about all this nonsense to try to get some of the money I've lost and I hope no one else gets scammed by these folks.
So remember how these guys operate, they will mess up and it will be all your fault. Customer is not right by any means with these guys.
So be warned anyone who attempts this company's services as it may cost you money and your vehicle as it did mine.

I'm so so so thankful I found Coast to Coast. I got referred here by another company who said they didn't have any trucks going my route - super glad I went with Coast to Coast. I shipped my car from Seattle to Philly at the very last minute, and was having the most stressful time finding a solid transport company. Most of the other ones I contacted were asking for more money that their initial quote because I needed to ship my car within the next two days, but Coast to Coast offered a competitive price, no extra money or anything beyond their quote, and had a driver who could pick up on the day I needed them. Other companies were trying to get my business by threatening me that I shouldn't believe any transport company that says they'll come pick up your vehicle on a certain day because "it's not guaranteed", but Coast to Coast came on the day and time we agreed on. They even called me in advance that morning letting me know they were coming.

People at Coast to Coast are incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly; I would call every now and then to check up on my car while it was being shipped, and I could always get in contact with someone who was more than happy to give me the information I was looking for. They also called me a week, then a couple days before the car would arrive. I did have a slight hiccup when it was being delivered (I had classes during the time the driver said he would come), but the driver was so courteous, he even switched his schedule around so he could deliver at a time when I was available. My car came in great condition, it was a little dirty on the outside but only because the carrier was not enclosed while it was being shipped. Thank you Coast to Coast for your great service, I will most likely need to transport my car in the near future so I'll be sure to call you again!
