Coast to Coast Logistics LLC (FL)

I talked exclusively to Mike Garcia and chose them because he stated they had their own truck fleet. This doesn't appear to be true. Mike Garcia later told me they were using a driver he had known for 15 years (also a lie). He guaranteed me twice that he guaranteed pick up between 2-4pm on Thursday. This was also a lie and when I eventually got a hold of the driver he said he never heard of a Mike Garcia or knew about the promised pick up time.

Mike Garcia also guaranteed a drop off time that was two full days later than what was promised.

Here is what I can guarantee you you'll get with Mike. Promises to do whatever it takes to get your money...including that you can text him day or night and he'll get right back to you. That's also a lie. Once you pay your deposit you'll never hear from Mike again.

Thankfully, the driver I got communicated well. But rest assured Mike Garcia well lie to you repeatedly and you can find better.

I paid the deposit. The driver called a couple days later and canceled the order. Tony told me he would find another driver. Then he called and said I would need to have the car taken 60 miles South to meet the truck. I told him if I was going to have to move it I might as well pick it up myself, which I did. He promised to refund the deposit. I have been trying to get my refund for 6 months. Very Very dishonest people.

Not only is the company false advertising (they told us they would block up my vehicle 24 hours); but, the agent did not get it arranged for three more days. They did not give me proper info on how payment was arranged and made it seem like it was handled through them. They didn't answer their phone OR PROVIDE TRACKING without me calling and stating I thought my car was stolen because FIVE DAYS LATER... it had not been delivered and the driver did not respond via phone or text! Don't Do It!!

SCAM! Called 4 days prior to pickup date and never received any follow-up calls for updates. Each time I spoke with Dan, I was given excuse after excuse. I never received service even though they requested to have my credit card information on file.

SCAM COMPANY be careful
Those guys will sale you story and more story and take you money and not going to do for you refund even if they don't do the service for you
Daniel was nice on the phone in the begging and after was really rude guy
I told him over the phone you can't charge my card if you don't have any car to tow my car he knock the phone and charge my card .
This is scamming.
