Dealers Choice Auto Transport

I was promised a delivery date and time and as of yet, I have not heard from the driver, I have absolutely no idea who he is. this company was recommended by a dealership that I purchased the vehicle from. Big mistake, my money was paid that I worked for and my time is valuable!! I do not recommend this company!

RIPOFF alert! Be careful with these guys. They give false quotes and inaccurate time estimates just to get your business and then screw you over later.

They will tell you that your car will be there in 5-7 days and then it will take 10-12 and they'll turn around and say it was always 10-12 days.

Very delayed shipping and poor customer service. There are tons of auto transport companies out there. Take your business elsewhere. This company is a joke and will try to take advantage of you.

My car traveled in a close container from Houston to VA. This company is manager professionally and management is reliable and responsive.

I dealt with Beth at Dealers Choice. My car was picked on time and delivered on time. Who could ask for more? Highly recommend Beth and Dealers Choice.

1st of all this "owner" claims that they refunded me $250 for no reason, obviously there is a reason or else I wouldn't be receiving $250. This driver along with the owner are snakes in the grass, wouldn't it be way to obvious to take expensive electronics in plain sight than to take womens expensive shoes that are in a bag? I hope no one does business with them. $250 does not cover all of my missing shoes. He expected for me to just take the $250 and keep quiet and remove the review. The one that's full of crap is this owner and his drivers which I have no idea why he is defending. Personally I would get rid of anyone that works for me that is stealing from my customers. He's cares more about reviews than he cares about the customers, HELLOOOO, the customers are the ones giving the review. By the way, I've never heard of it being illegal to transport belongings in a vehicle, if that's true then shouldn't tow truck and moving companies make the owner of the vehicle empty it out before they take possession of it for transport?
